We use text marketing. We like it. We use the lost client text marketing. That text campaign has to be very generic though because it goes out to any and all clients, regardless of what service they are receiving. We were hoping to have a text campaign that is specifically tied to the service that the patient/client received. Example: The lost client campaign is something along the lines of "we haven't seen you in 90 days, click this link to book an appoint now." A service specific campaign would be: If someone came in for lab testing, they would need to follow up on that in 90 days. So a text campaign that would only go out to those clients would maybe read: "It has been more than 90 days since your labs have been done. It is time to schedule your follow up appointment to review the results. Click the link below to book." Being able to automatically send more targeted messages would be more effective we feel.
