Auto text clients when earlier appointment opens day of
If we have a cancellation day of or day before and have a huge gap, it would be awesome to have a text go out to the later appointments offering earlier times. They can opt in and move up or indicate they need the original time.
Ex. Hi Client, an earlier time is now available with your stylist today. If you would like to adjust your scheduled time, please choose from the options below. If you'd like to stay at your original time slot, reply "NO"

Keep cursor focus on Purchase Order
When adding items to a purchase order by SKU, the cursor focus leaves the product search line after each product is scanned. It would be more helpful if it stayed on that line to scan multiple products in a row without having to click on the line each time.

Shorter Booking Links for SMS
The current way to share booking links is by grabbing the URL and using Bitly to shorten, however, some SMS carriers don't like bitly links and don't send them. Would be nice to have access to shortlinks in the dashboard so we don't have to use bitly.

Custom restrictions for the mobile app vs web when restricting IP
Allow for employees to use the mobile app to see their schedules etc while restricting IP for the web version which has more data than the professional app.

only list the services that particular service provider has selected show up when viewing in profile.
Tired of scrolling down to find pricing for a stylist or colorist. Only show the services they provide or at least show them at the top of the screen.

Bring the ability to remove individual forms from appointments
Currently if you need to remove a form that isn't needed from an appointment, you have to 'complete it offline' and then 'archive' it. Is there any way we can add a 'remove' option for if the form isn't needed?

Bring back phone number formatting
Phone numbers in client profiles no longer have parenthesis and dashes. It is very hard to parse when dialing the phone.
Old format (937) 837-3755 (don’t dial this, I’m not sure whose number it is, but it is a great example to use here)

Can we please have the ability to select an employee to add commission to gift certificate sales?
We need to be able credit gift certificate sales to the employees who sold them so that their revenue reflects the gift certificates they sell.

Ability to suspend a service for a set amount of time, or manual off and on. For when an immediate shortage of required supplies occurs.
At current, we turn off online booking for this and let all staff know to not book the service but this is not an elegant solution. If there was an option to suspend the service so that it could only be booked on a future date going forward, we wouldn't lose bookings of the service and it would force client and manual booking to only occur when supplies are replenished. If a warning occured when booking that stated, supplies for service not available until xx/xx/xx and only allowed booking after it, this would save two birds with one piece of…

Records and/or log of when a staff member puts a tag on a client profile.
Please make a record/log in the client notes when a staff member puts a tag on a client profile. Currently, if a staff adds a tag you and doesn't leave a note on their profile there is no way to trace back who put the tag on there and when it was added to the profile. This would be very helpful.

New Guest Logo is in bright red so it's easier to recognize a new guest
It would be easier to recognize a new guest on the schedule if the logo appeared in a bright red color, vs just the star or heart (can't remember which one it is at the moment.)
