Edit Appointments Screen maximize option
When you go into edit an appointment, the screen is now minimized so you have to scroll to see everything. It would be great if we could minimize or maximize the appointment screen so we can see the information we'd like to see.

Check out Retail Item Name
Upon adding items to a guest checkout it cuts off half the name. It would be nice if you could hold the curser over the item added to an order and have it display the entire name of the item added to an order.

Create filter for service not received
Kate Somerville reached out wanting to create a report that reflects clients who have received one service but not another. It would be helpful to add a filter for that to generate more dynamic reporting!

Would like the option to sell gift cards at a discount to be activated on a date in the future. We run a sale at the end of the year every year and want the gift cards active Jan 1

Unlink add-ons to a service
The add-ons are great IF you never have to change anything on the appt! If you need to change say the first service, for example single process, the gloss add-on will be removed! Then you following service is moved up, so you have to retype the gloss, and then re-add the last service ( and you better remember if it was a blow out or a haircut, cause it's gone, and we all know we are always juggling several things at the front desk!)
So please unlink the add-ons to another service, so we can easily make changes. Thanks2 votes -

I noticed people tipped exponentially more when our systems were down and they werent prompted by the precentages at checkout. Maybe instead of 18, 20 and 22% we had 20, 25 and 30 and if people wanted to tip less they would have to enter it manually?

Time blocks unavailable on booking overlay
Would like the ability to TURN off online booking for any staff that has a time block. Marking it as unavailable so that certain services with the double booking option are also still blocked for online booking
Idea: maybe to have an option to select Unavailable for online booking "time" under Schedule tab under Manage

Adjust Calendar FONT Size
Visually, its hard to see the names and the whole calender. Can we have presets where we can make the words on appointments and icons bigger without compromising the whole view

Ability to upload a picture directly to an appointment.
This would be a game changer! We get lots of inspiration photos for services. Right now the front desk has to text the photos to the stylist and it is hard for them to keep track. Would be nice to be able to attach a photo to the clients appointment or even in their profile "notes". How cool would that be! We could have a log of all their photos in one place. I saw Boulevard added photos when completing forms and charts...but that's not where we want inspo photos for their service specifically.

pause notifications based on appointment
If an appointment needs to be rescheduled due to a scheduling conflict, it would be nice to pause reminder texts/emails to the customer while still keeping it on the book so the front desk can reach out to customer

Confirmation window after editing an appointment
It would be great to have a confirmation window appear (similar to when an appointment is rescheduled) after you make edits to an appointment. Ex: change service, time etc.

Character counter for Contact Center so that businesses can be better informed whether that extra emoji or punctuation is worth it 🤓🧐
Best implementation would show everything past 160 characters with red UI then showing how many additional messages would be used to send.

Easily add products sold from the week before into a purchase order
Have a reorder report/an easy way to identify what products were sold the week before and directly add them into a purchase order.

multi check out
when two appts are merged and one persona pays, the history of that transaction does not go onto both accounts. we have some clients with missing transactions and it is because its on the other persons account. This is not a good scenario

Group all appointments for the client into ONE BOX on the schedule. Combine the times and make it one big box.
On the daily schedule, if a client is doing a bunch of things, combine the all the separate services together... make it one big box with a list of services instead of a bunch of little ones. Especially if it's the SAME TYPE SERVICE.
