Date of birth needed to make appointment
Please add a Date of Birth field to the initial online booking ‘Book Now’ new-client signup flow. Right now, new clients can only enter name, phone, email, and password during booking, so we have to collect DOB separately afterward. Adding DOB at signup would help us capture complete client info upfront and reduce follow-up steps.
