Sign off percent goal input
The sign off tracker is super helpful to understand how far along an MD is in their sign off to meet min requirements. Since these do vary by state, it would be helpful to set a goal at the location level that surfaces alongside the tracker. This would be a great reminder for the MD depending on which locations dash they are in!
