  1. Currently the View Usage only shows current month. Would be nice to have a report that shows all months, find trends, budget for client notifications.

  2. When someone's card declines for cancellation fees. We would like there to be a way that we can
    a) notify them that they owe those fees before booking again.
    b) allow a deficit be put on their account that needs paying before they can book again.
    it is really hard to keep track of this via notes in the system and word of mouth.

  3. I find that when potential/existing clients see this they believe either that there are absolutely no appts available that day or believe that the requested staff is fully booked on a day they are not even scheduled.

    It would be better to let them know that there are other service providers available on that date to attempt to retain the potential booking and not be worded so absolute that there is no hope to get an appointment on the selected date.

    Additionally the flow implicitly causes the client to assume that the service provider was or is fully booked on…

  5. We have had it happen a few times now that a no-show will block their card so as not to be charged for the missed appointment. This is unfair to us as a business since we have a strict no-show policy and our team expects to be compensated for their missed revenue. It would be nice that when marking an appointment as a no-show or late cancel the system would keep trying periodically until the debt is collected.

  6. Have a register feature to view previous and closing day denominations and also keep security of business data in mind
    - View denominations when exchanging cash for change
    - Taking in cash
    - Also have audit reporting capabilities for overages/shortages

  7. A DREAM feature would be to not show service provider at all for certain services when booking. For our members who are familiar, we want them to be able to book their designated member services with certain providers. But for new clients who book our designated a la carte services, we would love to be able to give them a "first available" only option where they never see the names throughout the process.

  9. The option to default to the Duo for card payments is excellent. However, it doesn't stick as the default when starting a new sale in the Sales Tab. It is odd that the behavior isn't consistent throughout the system.

  12. Can you please make exporting reports to excel store numbers as numbers and not as text. Your exports do not preserve the format of data from the reports for numbers and you have to manually convert everything from text to numbers.

  15. not having the ability to switch between clocked in vs scheduled hours makes this report irrelevant. These numbers are CRUCIAL to managing a business. Please improve this asap

  18. Ability to change employee privilege groups in bulk, instead of one employee at a time. We are getting rid of a privilege group and moving everyone from that one to an existing group, but we first have to move all 50 employees over to their new one before deleting it which is extremely tedious

  19. 1- Customize receipts to have automated options to include instructions, package/service details such as expiration dates, cancellation policies and 2- Easily be able to submit all these automated options and details to all appointments.

  20. I would like the option to request deposits for let's say 4th of July weekend, and then once the weekend is over, no deposits are required again, and then on labor day weekend, the deposits would be turned back on, and off again. Having a calendar date range where specific days deposits for service are required and other days when we're not so in demand no deposits are required.
