Alert for when service provider is unavailable when creating a schedule for them in the future.
i.e. if a service provider is unavailable due to a vacation/day off (in the future), when creating the schedule for them, show alert for day that they are unavailable and to give option override or not. Create "Vacation alert"

Online Notifications
When we get online bookings , and it notifys us we should be able to individually mark as read instead of having to press "Mark All As Read" so we can look and mark off as we go.

adding,changing or switching services in the register window
changing or switching services in the register instead of having to go in and change the actual appointment. People get blowdrys instead of haircuts or a toner is added. It would be ideal to just add it in the register.

An option to "un"check-in a guest
Sometimes you check in the wrong guest on accident, and then when that guest really does come in the service provider doesn't get the notification because they are already "checked-in". Being able to undo that and send an accurate notification to the service provider would be very helpful

Please add auto generated gift certificates through the reception interface
The reason one has a pos system is to do tasks like this. The reception side should generate its own codes and track them for safety and to keep duplicates etc from happening. (that is if you are not using your own codes from an e-card etc)
Also, there is an issue with having no 'To:' section of the card. Once a card has been given, it belongs to the new person. You run a sticky situation if the person who bought it uses it before the person they gave it to. You should add a section for the gift…

Formulas and internal client notes in app
it would be easier for the stylist if the most recent formula was at the top of the client file. along with having 'add new internal note' at the top as well.

Authenticate Email Addresses upon account creation
Please require valid email addresses in accounts. For example if someone uses an incorrect ending @gmail in stead of @gmail.com that should be flagged by boulevard prior to completion. This is causing issues with our data syncs.

If search for client with phone number and they're not in the system
Starting to enter a new client clears the form and the phone number is lost.
When creating new appointment - will search by a phone number, if phone number doesn't come up they'll click "create new client" - but number they entered defaults to "first name". When they delete the number from first name, the entire "new client" form disappears
