  1. We would like to see the option for one client to pay for other clients. We have many parents or spouses paying for someone else, and it does not seem like there is an easy way to execute that.

  2. Currently in order to send a text, the number must be saved to a client profile. We often follow up with voicemails via text and if the client is new and we don't have any info other than the phone number it makes adding them to the system hard so the ability to text any number even one that isn't saved in the system would be great.

  3. A lot of our clients see multiple providers when they visit the salon. It would be a convenient feature to indicate that someone is seeing more than one provider. Just a quick and easy way for a service provider to see that without having to hover over or click on the appointment

  4. Sometimes we need to add additional forms after a client has already confirmed their appointment, and we are forced to have them fill out the form in-office because the "resend form reminder" email sent to them says "confirm your appointment" instead of something like "please fill out this form". So patients do not complete the form because they have already confirmed their appointment...

  5. When you go to the history tab in the client profile and scroll down to the Order History - it would help to be able to see if the Sale Total is a credit or a debit

    1. Allow messages to be tagged "unread" and allow messages to be sent to providers/front desk
    2. Put in place safeguard so a provider cannot be scheduled in two different locations at the same time.
    3. Allow blocked times (ie out/PTO) to be seen in all locations provider is seeing patients
    4. Allow option to see providers schedule in all locations they work on the same page

  7. Clients that want to bank their money for future services. Do a monthly recurring payment that goes immediately to an account credit instead of a voucher.

  9. Sometimes I forget to log out of my computer at work and this results in someone else using my profile. Our previous provider allowed us to remotely log out sessions so that it would force the user on that computer to then log in under their own profile. This is especially important with users with higher privilege levels than others.

  10. The date of service needs to be added to all receipts that don't get closed out the same day. When closed out after service date, it gives the current date and clients get confused and think they're getting charged when not being in that day.

  13. Need the ability to exclude members or limit the audience for promo codes;
    Need the ability to create unique codes (9-digits, etc.) for promo codes; Add the ability to select specific locations from a dropdown menu; Add the ability to select a specific promo code from the offers menu and drill down data to the location level from offer code redemption

  15. So many salons and spa offer intro packages or treatments, and there doesn't seem to be a way to make that an actual one time use. For instance, we offer a 3 pack of sessions at a discounted rate, but anyone can buy those services as many times as they want. There should be a way that we can offer this and once its been used by a client they are no longer eligible to use, that way it doesn't create more work for back of house running reports to see who is abusing this price point and option.

  17. Currently when customers purchase gift cards, it prompts them to send the card to someone. It would be nice if there was an option to purchase this for yourself OR email to someone else.

  19. Vagaro had a feature that was very useful with timekeeping; they had a unique QR for each employee and they could clock in and out by simply scanning their QR at the front desk. This feature made it much easier for employees and the front desk.
