  2. We have a lot of clients who will need to reschedule an existing appointment but instead go in and schedule a new one and then have to call us to cancel the wrong one. It would be great if the client got an alert that they're trying to schedule an appointment for a service they already have scheduled and ask if they'd rather reschedule the existing appointment instead.

  8. Currently form access is either all the way turned on or off. It'd be great if we could restrict access for certain forms/charts to protect sensitive client information.

  9. When a credit card refund is completed - the fees associated with that transaction should also be refunded. Especially because you do not allow for online booking using gift card/voucher. Last month, we had $3000 in refunds - so we were essentially double charged for those bookings.

  10. Our stylists fill out a form with their client to ensure everyone is aligned on price. It'd be great if we could add services and add-ons into the forms and they bring up a total price that the client can agree to.

    This is in an effort to protect our business from clients claiming they weren't quoted a price.

  13. Add 'refund deposit' as a default refund option so 'other' and typing out 'refund deposit' doesn't have to be done. The majority of refunds are from deposits

  14. Must be able to use a gift card as a form of payment for online booking!! We're getting charged double in credit card fees since we are not refunded the fees when we refund someones card.

  15. Since we are charged for multiple segments if the message is over 160 characters, there should be a character count on the messages so we can be aware of how many of our allotted messages we are using at a time.

  16. The business wants to enter the referral source at the time you are searching for availability. SO right before you would click View Times or Select Time on Calendar. They would like an option within that part of the pop up.

  17. We would like to see the option for one client to pay for other clients. We have many parents or spouses paying for someone else, and it does not seem like there is an easy way to execute that.

  18. Currently in order to send a text, the number must be saved to a client profile. We often follow up with voicemails via text and if the client is new and we don't have any info other than the phone number it makes adding them to the system hard so the ability to text any number even one that isn't saved in the system would be great.

  19. A lot of our clients see multiple providers when they visit the salon. It would be a convenient feature to indicate that someone is seeing more than one provider. Just a quick and easy way for a service provider to see that without having to hover over or click on the appointment

  20. Sometimes we need to add additional forms after a client has already confirmed their appointment, and we are forced to have them fill out the form in-office because the "resend form reminder" email sent to them says "confirm your appointment" instead of something like "please fill out this form". So patients do not complete the form because they have already confirmed their appointment...
