  1. If a guest makes a profile online and adds themselves to our waitlist but then cancels, that does not show up on their profile and now we're left wondering why the guest has a profile if they've never been here. Please add all history to client profiles, even if it shows as "canceled"

  2. It would be extremely helpful to be able to search keywords in the Messages tab. We are very high volume salon that gets 150+ messages a day, it is harder to have to scroll to find specific messages

  3. Summary:
    Add functionality to fully remove product listings from client profiles when orders are deleted, preventing lingering entries with 0 units from appearing in accounts.

    Description:
    Currently, when orders containing product units are deleted, the product listing remains visible in client profiles even with 0 units. This creates confusion for both clients and staff. A new feature would:

    • Allow complete removal of product listings when associated orders are deleted
    • Maintain cleaner client profiles without zero-unit entries
    • Prevent confusion about product availability and redemption status
    • Streamline the order deletion and cleanup process

  7. Our old program had the client history tab - all history listed by date, everything in previous appts and purchases in one view without having to open the previous ticket.
    Makes it easier to see right away any products or services client had easily.

  8. The client history tab need big improvements! Most obvious are:

    1) Group same day appointments together so that we can easily see what was done the same day AND at what time without clicking to open the appointment.

    2) There should be a way to get to Appointment History or Order History without having to scroll. Some of our clients have hundreds of past appointments so getting to their order history is a pain. Perhaps just make orders a separate tab?

    3) Opening an appointment or order should not take you away from the client profile. We often have to…

  9. I would love to have a signature button that i can add to my notes. this would automatically sign my name (or whoever is logged in) and add a date and time stamp.

    right now, i need to manually draw my signature or type my name which takes alot of time.

  10. Have a Prep Time option for services. We have a shorter transition time for most of our services. However, we have a couple services that need more time to set up. We arent able to predict what services may come before it which would mean we may have a shorter time to prep for that service.

  11. When opening the gallery to compare B & A the pictures (at least on an iPad) are tiny and hard to see.
    Please allow us to enlarge them in Blvd, or directly download them to iPad photos and we can use another app to compare them.

  15. PLEASE allow checking in & setting up appointments with PHONE # ONLY. Emails constantly create duplicate accounts when a client miskeys or has multiple email accounts. Oh and almost NO ONE even uses EMAIL anymore.

  16. We get notified when clients cancel and book but not when existing appointments are moved. I almost missed an appointment not realizing my client moved from Thursday at 9am to Wednesday at 9am. How is this not a feature yet? I can't be the only salon requesting this. This is a feature that needs immediate attention.

Please Please Please, make a separate section under sales summary for memberships or take them out of retail sales, its so deceiving looking at monthly reports and having memberships sales numbers in both retail and service. The reports are terribly skewed and we have to manually go in to subtract memberships from retail since they already show under service when the membership is redeemed.

  19. As of now we would have to pull 3 reports individually for each employee. One for Product Commission, one for Service Commissions and one for Tips.

    Can we please have access to a report that we could download and send to each employee individually with that weeks Consolidated details of Commissions for product and services plus tips?
