  3. Currently, you are only able to see the customized gift card messaging when viewing from the Online Gift Card Website URL. This account is requesting for the message to also display on the booking widget when buying a GC. Just incase a client decides to purchase through the widget as opposed to the GC URL.

  7. Need to know what tips were paid in cash vs. credit

  8. It would save time scrolling through all of the data to have a table of the summary totals at the top for each employee. Commission summary report does not contain enough data for payroll purposes since discounting and vouchers are combined without discretion, a report showing the service commission, discounted total, voucher total for each that didn't require miles of scrolling would be great.

  10. The 4/6/8 week tab only takes you weeks from the current date. For example, if I book an appointment 4 weeks from today and I try to book another 4 weeks from then, I have to go back to today's date and click 8 weeks or use the calendar (but the calendar also only gives weeks from today's date).

  12. It would be helpful if the main time clock page showed a time stamp of when it was edited along with notes associated to said edit. Rather than having to click on each individual time clock to see if there was an edit. It would save a ton of time.

  15. Would like a list of staff and what % commissions they receive for products and services. Just the flat rates all in a list so I don't have to go to each staff profile to review or use the current commission reports that shows their % for a given date range.

  17. We have had several guests who are confused about what adding themselves to the waiting list means. (thinking it is actually an appointment, etc...)

    It would be helpful if we had somewhere in the online booking settings to have a custom message about the wait list, and what adding yourself to it means.

  18. Only if a client knows to call this foreign number does this feature work. Our main line has been in use for 25 years+. This number doesn't forward to our main line so it seems not that usable of a feature. Also, that would mean changing our phone number on our Google Business Page, Yelp Page, Facebook and Instagram Page, All of our marketing collateral and our website to make this work. It's a great feature and I'm sure your engineers spent a lot of time on this feature, but the execution and implementation for a salon to actually use…
