Downloaded reports have usable data
Downloading to a *.csv file results in unexplainable date formats that are not readable for graphing our analysis like Code Interpreter such as spitting out a date in this format: 2022-11-30T00:00:00
Why would BLVD just export it as a normal date? This is the case for numbers too. Almost every other report I download to analyze requires converting downloaded numbers into numbers because BLVD default is downloading them as "text". These are extra steps and burdensome to small business owners who should expect numbers to be downloaded as numbers and dates downloaded as usable date formats.

Missing CC for existing boulevard customers
Apparently when a customer has an account with a different business using Boulevard, their CC will not appear in your system when they book online. We are supposed to just TRUSt that there will be a CC to charge in case of a no-show. Can't it at least show that there is a card on file???

Account "clocked in" hours opposed to scheduled hours for utilization reports
not having the ability to switch between clocked in vs scheduled hours makes this report irrelevant. These numbers are CRUCIAL to managing a business. Please improve this asap

add a comment area when there is a change to the inventory. Like when i am recounting, a note would be nice. Or loss, to know its because its expired would be nice

Bulk update employee privilege groups
Ability to change employee privilege groups in bulk, instead of one employee at a time. We are getting rid of a privilege group and moving everyone from that one to an existing group, but we first have to move all 50 employees over to their new one before deleting it which is extremely tedious

Custom date range for deposits, like deposits for weekend appts or holiday weekends so we can turn on and off depending on date
I would like the option to request deposits for let's say 4th of July weekend, and then once the weekend is over, no deposits are required again, and then on labor day weekend, the deposits would be turned back on, and off again. Having a calendar date range where specific days deposits for service are required and other days when we're not so in demand no deposits are required.

Alert before charging clients using the card on file
As a new salon to Boulevard, we thought we would only use the stored card when prompted or if selected. The checkout is vague and we have mistakenly charged the card on file. Some clients prefer to use a different card than the one stored. We do not like the extra fees involved with using the stored card.

Professionals should be able to access their own individual waitlists
I would like to see it as at least a privilege option that we can activate-- This way it's easy for them to replace appt times in the case of a cancelation or offer alternative times/accommodate if they decide to do so.

The business would like the ability to reset or a delete all feature for the waitlist. They said they have 1000 plus clients on the waitlist and would like be to able to start from scratch or rest the list at any given time.

Payment Method Addition
When adding a payment method in the profile area (non-checkout) we only have the option for a manual add or a "swipe". our DUO doesn't even allow for swipes. It would be nice to be able to use the tap or insert chip, or apple pay tap to read a new card and save it in a profile, so that we don't need to manually enter all the data.

Allow Assigning Chart Notes by Category
When creating a new internal form (chart note) - It would be helpful to be able to assign it to a full service category instead of having to click each service individually.
