We frequently have clients (often older and not tech-proficient) who book 10 to 20 appointments at a time and are unable or unwilling to access their client portal. Many of these clients also book multiple services per day, which makes it impossible to screenshot their appointment list from the client profile view due to limited screen space.

Currently, generating a clear and concise list of their upcoming appointments is extremely time-consuming. The reports available in Boulevard are not client-facing and require too much manual cleanup to be usable.

We need a simple way to print or export a clean, easy-to-read list of a client’s future appointments, ideally directly from their profile. This is a critical need for our business operations and client satisfaction.
