Product Recommendations via the BLVD Staff App
It would be great to have an option for a staff member to clicks a client profile in the BLVD app, pick a product they like and push it to the desk. When the client checks out a pop up appears and it says what product their technician used. You can add it now on the web version but would be better to have it come from the BLVD staff app.

Automated & integrated form uploads
To have the ability to upload our own forms and incorporate form translation so they can be digitally signed and be able to sync to the forms tab in the client profile
Background: We have many forms and they are different one for each service and depends on provider. It's difficult for us to manually create their own forms individually and do not want to create their own forms to miss legal jargon and we have to abide by NYS laws

QR Code for employees to clock in
Vagaro had a feature that was very useful with timekeeping; they had a unique QR for each employee and they could clock in and out by simply scanning their QR at the front desk. This feature made it much easier for employees and the front desk.

Make an additional Forms/Charts Section for Treatment Protocols and SOP's that staff could pull up with an appt and also separately
Make an additional Forms/Charts Section to hold Treatment Protocols and Facility SOP's that staff could pull up for review outside of a specific appointment (protocols could also be attached to specific appointments.) This would help to keep spa documents organized and give staff one place to go to look for information related to how to best perform their job, treatment protocols, etc.

When creating offers- choose the option for different service providers
We are trying to build the clientele of our new service providers. We are making offers specifically for them to get people in their books. It would be helpful to be able to make a "rule" and the discount code only applies when booking with that service provider.

An automated system to re-run credit card for no shows that block their card until the debt is satisfied
We have had it happen a few times now that a no-show will block their card so as not to be charged for the missed appointment. This is unfair to us as a business since we have a strict no-show policy and our team expects to be compensated for their missed revenue. It would be nice that when marking an appointment as a no-show or late cancel the system would keep trying periodically until the debt is collected.

Allow customization of what cancellations are shown in client portal
We often have to cancel client appointments for administrative reasons like combining multiple appointments, changing the name to a spouse, etc...
These cancellations marked as "Mistake or Error" still show up in the client history in the new online portal. We have had multiple clients reach out asking why we cancelled their appointments because they see the cancellation in the portal.
It would be great to have the Mistake/Error selection not show in the portal (or some way to choose which ones do show in there)

Have a register feature to view previous and closing day denominations and also keep security of business data in mind

Auto-populate forms (the opposite way)
Since we can't have the forms filled out by clients auto-populate the client's profile, could we have the client's profile auto-populate the form? This would save time for everyone and be a nice convenience.
If there is a change made to any of the contact information (name, phone number, email, etc.) a notice or flag could be added the client's account so we know something needs to be changed.

Ability to customize pop out modals for certain types of booking alerts
The past software program we had on scheduling notes had a pop-up box that would pop out on the screen to alert and get the front desk's attention. They get ignored if they are busy and are not "in your face" as easily with the system the way it is now

Enabled Services & Commissions at Esthetician Level not the Location Level
When we have 70 locations and one employee will be working at multiple locations it can take hours to enable their services and commissions between multiple locations.
It would be incredible to be able to set the commission and enable service by the esthetician and not by the location.

Ability to restrict tags to be for either appointment tagging or client tagging exclusively.
Sometimes tags are not relevant to one or the other but staff will choose them since they seem appropriate, which then may cause unintentional downstream activity.
Example tags that staff put on appointments that should only be allowed as client tags: allergies, language barrier, always late, has previously no showed, extremely picky, big tipper, has disability, friends or family, etc.
