Add Business Charge field to Service Records Beta Report
This would help us to easily see all/confirm all business charges on one page instead of going service by service which can be tedious and open to major human error

Void order where a voucher is redeemed
Ability to void an order where a voucher is redeemed and therefore no payment is applied. Use case would be in the instance of a mistaken closed transaction or accidentally applied voucher where another payment method is preferred.

Client Check-in without Phone or Email
Any instance when a client books with a guest, that guest typically won't provide a phone or email. With such, come time for check-in (when I need them to sign a waiver), I need to make up a phone number or email for this individual and check them in myself in order to have the form ready for them to sign when they arrive.

Gratuity on Card or Cash set per stylist
It would be great to be able to set Gratuity option for each individual stylist - Credit Card/Cash. Some stylist's have established clientele that they taught to tip cash. The gratuity on Credit Card will just allow these clients to take the shortcut and add it on the Card as it's more convenient.

We should be able to see the discount name/reason instead of "offer based discount" in the detailed line item report so we can know exactly which discount was applied and by whom. what use is the discount reason if it doesn't appear in any reports?

Show service provider name who received commission on past products sold. Would be helpful for reception staff to be able to see which service provider sold a specific product to a client in the past that way when they repurchase they a credited commission properly.

Text Waiver Form and Waiver Form Actions for Zapier
It would be really helpful to have the ability to send a specific client waiver to customers by text and to be able to use Zapier to create triggers and actions surrounding waivers.
Example: If a new appointment is booked, a waiver can be texted to the person. When the waiver is filled out, a notification in slack pops up.
