  1. It is very time consuming to add a new product line to Boulevard. If we could duplicate an existing product that is set up with all pertinent details, we could simply edit the name/UPC/price and be on our way. Currently, we have to select the Suppler, Category, and re-enter Brand for every single product and it takes much longer than it needs to.

  3. Sometimes we want to create an offer that will allow us to deduct an amount from the total of services and it isn't a set combination of services. We would like to be able to apply the amount to 1 service instead of having that amount come off of all the services the guest is purchasing.

  4. For weekly staff performance review, businesses would like add-ons (number and percentages of add-ons + list of "type" of add-ons) to be included within the Staff Performance beta report.

    Data on add-ons/service options helps to properly coach stylists.

  5. UNABLE TO ADD TONER FORMULAS AFTER FORMULA IS INITIALLY ADDED. AFTER PUTTING IN FORMULA IN NOTES, YOU HAVE TO DELETE AND ADD YOUR FORMULA IN AGAIN TO INCLUDE YOUR TONER FORMULA.

  6. Currently, client receipts are emailed from receipts@joinboulevard.com. Clients reply and receipts are routed to Boulevard accounting. Receipts should be from the customer's business email and replies sent accordingly.

  7. It is very handy to be able to click on a service provider to adjust their schedule in the calendar view. It would be very useful to have that same functionality for resources.

  8. I think a system that lets you pick a preferred payment process would make checking out customers easier. For us, we don't use cards on file unless there was a no show, so I would prefer if card-swipe was the first option available.

  9. When you make a gift card in Boulevard it would be nice to have a field where you can attach the recipient's name so staff could look it up that way. It would also add another layer of security for the buyer and recipient.

  10. ...send an automatic email out to them "you finished everything but didn't complete the booking, follow the instructions if you still would like to make that appointment"

    We have an issue that for some reason every 2 weeks at least 1 client comes in PER location who says they booked an appointment but we have no record of it. Our current procedure is to ask them to show us the appointment confirmation email then if they don't have that, let them know that they must not have booked the appointment all the way.   14. Make it so that when a client books online the staff assigned is not automatically marked as requested. instead the staff in the salon woudl need to mark them requested if that's the case. We are seeing many new clients and clients with no preference choose service providers which are then marked as requested.We feel this is causing confusion and the numbers for retention are reflecting inaccurately.

  16. We offer nail art and don't know until after the service what needs to be charged, but instead of adding the same service multiple times, it would be nice to simply adjust the quantity of the service like we are able to adjust the quantity when selling a product
