  1. In the Payments & Refunds Report, it would be beneficial for the business to see what transactions are Card Present vs. Card Not Present, the count of each, and percentage of each.

  2. Option to consolidate tipping when it is shared among all providers. When multiple providers are listed, the client has to go through multiple screens for each provider and it always seems to be a point of slight inconvenience.

  3. The ability for clients who walk-in to have the option to book their next appointment via the Booking Widget in the Duo App on iPad.

    Context: Client walks into business, there is no availability and the client cannot wait for a walk-in appointment. The client would like to book for a future date so instead of "Check-In" or "Walk-In", there is a third option to "Book Appointment" which opens the business's Booking Widget.

    This would be great for all businesses, especially those with deskless models, for a complete client experience engaged in the Duo App.

  6. Require an item (or more) in one's cart for an Offer to apply to another item in the same cart.

    Example: Buy one blowout, get faux lashes for free. The code should not be applicable to the faux lash application unless a blowout is also in the cart.

  12. Business would like the client to simply be able to enter in a phone number or email only. Currently phone, email, first and last name is required. If any of the information is entered differently from the profile including the name, it creates a new profile. The business feels this leave room for error on the clients end and then they have duplicate profiles.

  13. At our salon we utilize Stylist & Co-Stylists. Depending on how many clients our Stylist see per day our co-stylists receive 25% gratuity and previously we were able to manually split this gratuity before completing the check-out process to not make our clients feel pressured to add gratuity to two different people so our check-out process was more smooth.

  16. Integrate an option for clients to check in on their own device once they arrive to their appointment, notifying the service provider of the arrival. This way if there is an intimate service happening and there doors are closed you can still see if your client has arrived and you do not run behind in time. This would be super helpful as we rent out suites for our salon services and we do not have a lobby for our clients to wait within our own spaces

  17. For instance a stylist sees 100 clients and 32 purchased retail it would be 32%. I know on reports it shows #guests with product, but a % would be nicer for KPI tracking so we don’t have to do the math. The % guests purchasing retail, units sold, and retail $$$ would be nice for staff performance also.
