  13. The ability to cancel the appointment straight from the overview page on the client profile, we can reschedule or view appointment, but not cancel it. Great when they need to cancel all future appointments.

  14. We have had several instances of accidents involving transactions being accidentally charged to cash or other instead of gift cards or credit cards. Sometimes it is more than 24 hours before we find the error, and then it is hard to correct the mistake (recreating appointments, etc..) It would be handy to have the void option for longer on the transactions that don't need the processing that credit cards do.

  15. Hello,

    There should be an option to edit the Calendar view to allow for customizing the visibility of the lines that indicate time increments. Having shading, or line bolding on every hour allows better viewing of the calendar book and creates a more accessible experience for the user. Additionally, it helps glancing at the appointment book and knowing where to schedule appointments because you can quickly see the line of each hour.

  16. The current privilege group structure is a bit too rigid for my needs. I would like to be able to customize the configuration of permissions for each individual employee.

  18. At current turning off assignable means services can still be booked manually.

    I think it should be that under bookability that it is two part, bookable by us and bookable by client, then assignable mean literally whether this service can be placed on the provider's schedule or not. The distinction at current is wishy washy and allows too easy of a bypass.

  19. It would be nifty to allow the capability of attaching documents to the purchase orders. For instance, once an order is received, the invoice provided by the company can be scanned and attached to the order in boulevard. This could help in case of the loss of a physical copy of the invoice and keeps things all in one place.

  20. It would be nice to be able to set resources to not show on the calendar view. For example: a set of hot stones, we don't need to see if they are available on the calendar, but we don't want to double book them.
