form expiration

Allow charging of late fees without inputting billing zip
Stop requiring the input of a billing zip code to charge late fees. Some clients, especially new ones, dont fill out their intake paperwork for whatever reason. This leaves the clinic unable to charge late fees without their billing zip code.
Also, there should be a toggle to charge JUST the late fee without including tax. I want to charge $100 flat rate. In order to do so, i have to charge $92.38 to make up for the tax to get the flat rate of $100.

We shouldn't have to scroll down to "send" messages. Fix the code so you can send from the screen as it exists.
This is such an odd feature that's really annoying as well. The "send" button should be available to click without scrolling.

Display how much cash a client handed on completed order
When a client is paying cash, and they do not hand out exact change, keep record on the completed order how much the client handed to us, as well as what change we owed them.

hello , i think it would be a good idea to have a way to tag multiple customers at the same time instead of individually adding a tag
Since we are a spa care there are customers that have memberships and some don't . we add tags to set them apart from the regular clients . but when tagging we have to enter the number of a client individually and tag them . i think it would be a cool idea if there were something in the system to filter and add all the clients at the same time and add all the same tag.

Individual Form Sending & Client Acknowledgements
I would appreciate clarification on why forms cannot be sent to clients individually. Having this capability would be extremely helpful for agreements, permissions, incident acknowledgements, and other time-sensitive or service-specific documentation. The ability to send, track, and confirm acknowledgment of forms on an individual basis would greatly support personalized services, compliance, and proper client communication.

Multiple services for adding Voucher manually in Wallet
Now that we can manually add vouchers to a client's wallet, please give us the option to add a few of the same types of services like we can when creating a package in the first place. Meaning:
I have 5 types of services under "90min massage" and when creating a package deal I can make them all redeemable: (Swedish, sports, deep tissue etc). An internal change log for updates on services
We should have an internal change log to show who and when service details have been updated. Sometimes our service details revert and change and our team is unable to tell who's updated what and when.

consultation fee charge applies to account credit
I know many people charge for consults, as do we. We allow the patient to then use the consultation fee toward service or product within 365 days from consultation of their choosing. I think it would be nice to have this charge apply as an account credit for the patient. We currently have to manually add the credit (and then babysit the calendar for 364 days to ensure they're within their allotted window of use). I’d love to suggest an update to the online booking system — allowing businesses to choose whether or not to require a credit card when clients book online.
As both a business owner and a consumer, I’ve noticed that some new clients are hesitant to share sensitive credit card information with a business they haven’t yet established trust with. Personally, I’ve skipped booking appointments online for this reason, and I believe some potential clients do the same.

More robust Medical History (with ICD10 codes), Medications, Allergies, and Drug interaction checker.
Need to have Medical history with ICD10 codes, Medication with Interaction checker, and Escribe. Especially since most Med Spas prescribe medication for hormones, weight loss etc. It is actually critically needed.

Allow all staff to see their schedule for the month
We currently have to use an external system to show staff their schedule one month at a time, meaning we have to create the work schedule twice so staff can see their shedule days with an easier view. Being able to let them see what days they're assigned from a calendar view would be very beneficial and time efficient.
It also helps staff booking appointments in the future to know when everyone is available.
