It is absolutely unacceptable that my calendars cannot sync and block time. This has been the worst change for my business ever. I regret my choice to switch.

add a Count filter for the Referral Source report
It would be great to be able to see a count of the amount of clients that are set with each Referral Source with in a report. Instead of manually calculating each source.

Reporting by Service and Payment method
I need a report that shows how much $ we did by specific services. I also need it to be broken down by cash, cc, allē, etc. We need to know how much we spent on products to perform services and then subsequently how much we brought in. Highly important!

KEEP ALL PARTS OF APPOINTMENTS IN THE SAME ROOM!!!!!! STOP THE SYSTEM FROM AUTOMATICALLY CHOOSING DIFFERENT ROOMS!
When booking an appointment, it is extremely inconvenient and time wasting when the system automatically chooses different rooms for each separate part of a client's appointment, if they are doing multiple things. This is very counterintuitive and it's so frustrating to have to correct it all during booking and/or after booking for all the appointments that were mass transferred when we switched to this software. It should automatically keep you in the same room. Its much more efficient to only have to correct 1 piece of an appointment, on the rare occasion when we have to change a room.

ability for clients to see emplolyee schedule for waitlist
when clients are wanting to be on waitlist for a certain employee, it should tell the client the employee's hours/ what days they work so they don't put themselves on the waitlist for a time or day they are not here.

Future Revenue Forecast Report
I would like to get a report that can forecast the future appointments with a dollar amount. I see that the report for Service Sales Report can give a forecast of the service count and appointment count however does not show $ amount.
Is there a way we can make a custom report that will include these forecasts?

Room assignments/schedule for staff/provider
It would be nice to assign a provider to a room for the day. Example: Becky is in the Laser Hair Removal Room today and therefore can only be scheduled with services that she can provide IN THAT ROOM.

There should be a Message button in their Client Portal. We all know clients do not always save the text number but if they're in their portal, should be able to message us through that.

Disable automated cancellation email notification to the practice email
Please add an option to NOT receive cancellation notifications to the practice's main email address. If we remove the email, the patients will not be able to se it.

show notes on waiting list
It would be helpful is the notes on the waiting list were visible without opening the specific wait-list entry. It creates a lot of extra steps (and time) when trying to fill a spot (before it gets filled online, or by another employee)

Scheduling Communication for specific services
We are trying to create a communication touch X amount of time after specific services i.e if we checked out a moxi today, a text will be scheduled to go out in 6months reminding the client that a its time for a maintenance treatment,. We have tried creating audiences and sending out blasts but the "last appointment" filter isnt granular enough to be specific in the messages - we would want to build out this communication for multiple service types and messaging

account credit adjustments is a sale type in reports like detailed line item. the reason is important to be able to better understand why manual adjustments are happening

Allow a set rate of $50 deposit
Allow a set rate for all appiontments made from the website to have a flat rate of $50. Setting percentages is difficult and makes it complicated, if you change pricing then you have to go make changes for each service, staff member, etc. Creating too much work.

annual automated forms
I’d love to suggest a feature enhancement regarding form completion frequency. Currently, the available options are limited to “at first visit” and “at each visit.” It would be incredibly helpful to have more flexible, intelligent options for how often certain forms need to be filled out.
For example, the ability to set forms to be completed:
Manually (at staff discretion)
Once every X days/months (e.g., every 6 months or annually)
Once per treatment type or category
After a significant update or policy change
Based on patient-specific factors (e.g., age, medical history updates, etc.)

Gift Certificate Date Under Gift Cards
Can you please put the date that people have purchased the gift certificate between recipient email and source ASAP! I don't want to have to search for the date. This is good information to have when I am running GC sales.
