Back end integration of AI
Have an AI integrated for business management purposes. I am thinking a way to conversationally take care of tasks that sometimes take quite a while to set up manually like:
"change Suzie's schedule to start at 3:00 instead of 3:30 for every Thursday for June, July and August, also put in a 30 minute break wherever it fits after 5:00"
or
"Update Bill's service timing to add a 15 minute transition time to every service he is currently open for except services that are only 15 minutes long"

Allow custom DOLLAR AMOUNTS (not percentages ) for tips - 3 options with dollar amounts (like $5, $10, $15)

a summary of the overall spending of a client on their profile
In the of overview tab, there should be a place where the clients overall life-term spend is (even if it's only visible to certain staff). This would be helpful in terms of giving priority appointments, etc.

Remove resource name from service appointment
Booking a service which requires a resource, the appointment shows long name beginning with resource. In this case the Client/service name is the important data and the resource is a background requirement. The Client/service name should come first or omit the resource name from the appointment.

Gift card sales are counted as income when the gift card is sold. When the client redeems the gift card, it is NOT counted as income again —
Gift card sales are counted as income when the gift card is sold. When the client redeems the gift card, it is NOT counted as income again — it is only a form of payment. This needs to be corrected in the reports and summaries. It makes it look like the gift card was purchased again as a sale.

Add automatic flag or reminder notification if a chart has not been completed by the end of the day. Sometimes i get so busy with my day , I assume I documented all patients but some slip through and i miss it. I know someone posted this idea in 2023,but we are in 2026 and no option has been added.

We need the ability to create invoices for open sales orders
We have open carts where people owe us for products/services but slipped out the door because the desk was busy. I am now taking the info from open carts, typing it into a Work document template and mailing the statements. Having the ability to track open carts and create/send invoices would be a game changer for Boulevard and simplify out lives!

Customizable Membership Cancellation Reasons
This would be the ability for a business to create a set list of membership cancellation reasons that are required for a client to submit when requesting to cancel their membership. These reasons would also be reportable to help identify trends and inform win-back campaigns.

Easily edit price for services
Too many clicks to make edits on services or products at checkout. The price field is already there. Should be able to click right in it rather than the three dots and dropdown menu.

When checking out with cash- have the amount of cash back to give to client shown.
It would speed up the checkout process if a client pays in cash- to be able to enter the amount of cash given to you and have the system show you the cash back to give to the client.

API: Set location overrides for menu prices, service durations
Many locations have specific settings that deviate from the business defaults, such as:
- Service prices
- Service durationsAnd service overrides specific to staff, such as commissions.
It would be helpful to be able to update this via the API based on the tiers that exist in the company outside of Boulevard.

Give language options for intake forms.
We have clients come in that speak many languages come to use our services and we want to ensure they fully understand the intake forms and liability release form they are signing. Would be ideal for clients to be able to select a language they understand when completing forms.

Flexible Service Duration Redemption for Memberships
Currently, membership vouchers are tied to an exact service match at checkout. This means a client with a 60-minute membership has no way to upgrade to a 90-minute service at the time of online booking — the voucher is only recognised when the exact matched service is selected.
We'd love to see one or more of the following solutions considered:
- Flexible duration redemption — Allow a membership voucher to be applied to a longer version of the same service (e.g. a 60-min membership could be redeemed against a 90-min service, with the price difference charged at checkout)
- Service family/grouping —…

Make blocked time viewable on the app.
Make blocked time viewable on the app. Why do I have to go to the desktop to see my full schedule including appointments and blocked time? Makes the calendar on the app kind of useless if you can’t see the full day
