  2. Remain on the products page you were on, even after submitting any edits such as price change, new product input, etc. instead of having it reset to Page 1. Any sort of mass price change from a brand requires many products updated. It becomes frustrating having to be taken back to Page 1 every time.

  4. Guest are very confused by it appearing that they will be charged the entire fee, when they have vouchers on their account. It would be nice if the verbiage was larger regarding vouchers and also if guest could view how many vouchers they have on their account when they log in.

  6. When two or more appointments are merged—for example, when one person pays for services or products for multiple clients—all products and packages purchased during that merged appointment are automatically attributed to the paying client’s account.

    It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to assign products and packages to the correct client, even within a merged appointment. This way, each client’s account accurately reflects their individual purchases, package usage, and product history, regardless of who paid.

    This would make tracking product recommendations, package redemptions, and client history much more accurate and reduce confusion at future appointments.

  7. Ability to set an offer to require a client to spend a certain amount or purchase a certain quantity of a specific product, from a list of products, or from a particular brand to unlock a percentage off, receive a free product, or get a dollar discount. Eg. Spend X, Get Y promotions.

  8. Our clients often times do not complete their intake forms appropriately, so when i go over them with them the only way i can edit is by adding a note. Often times these notes are drop downs, which once "completed" by clients, the drop downs are not able to be accessed. Make it so that the not stays in its original form until the provider signs off on it.

  10. This advanced integration would carry membership status from BLVD to a client's online experience on Shopify. And, any sales a client makes online through Shopify should be reflected in BLVD, including peptides and other products.

  11. Automation on client upsells/upgrades during self in person check in.

    Make it accessible for us to use a kiosk instead of hiring receptionist, we can just have self check in services that will also ask clients on potential upgrades relevant to their already booked service to support the practitioners.

    Rid of human receptionist and is consistent to offering memberships/added upgraded services during check in/out.

    The goal is to eventually replace the front desk receptionist to virtual as we adapt to current times with AI coming in.

  12. An increasing number of first-time clients are booking online with virtual or disposable credit cards (Revolut, Privacy.com, etc.). When they no-show and we attempt to collect the cancellation fee, but the card is declined because it’s been deactivated. The result: lost revenue, wasted staff time, and appointment slots that could have gone to paying customers.

    Other booking platforms are starting to address this problem and I hope that BLVD can follow suit as it is becoming a big issue for us.

    Below are some potential solutions that BLVD should consider:

  13. We need a way to link or combine separate parts of appointments. Clients will move things around and/or combine appointments. Having to delete appointments and completely rebook them, just to combine with something else on a different day is time wasting.

  14. There are other questions that should be able to automatically feed into the client profile that are specific to the business. Additionally, they should be reportable to be able to further understand their clientbase based on certain fields for further recommendations/marketing outreach

  18. Would love if our membership clients could have a separate booking option. Right now everyone can see booking for this next month. However I want our members to be able to book out for the next 6 months. I would love for them to login to their portal and see a separate booking link option that allows for 6 month book outs but on our website allow new clients/non membership clients to only book one month out.
