  2. I really like the Precision Booking system—it keeps the schedule organized and easy to manage. The only tweak I’d suggest is adding the word “Book” or “Book Here” directly on the Appointment Book in the time slots where appointments should be scheduled.

    Right now, the schedule looks very open until appointments are actually placed, and sometimes the correct booking pattern isn’t followed. Adding these key words would give Guest Relations a clear visual cue, helping them see the right times to book without accidentally placing appointments outside the intended structure.

  5. When blocking time on schedule, the existing area to block is antiquated. Either have a dropdown or an hour and minute section AND have an option to select ALL DAY.

  7. Boulevard does not allow memberships (including recurring membership renewal charges) to be assigned to a specific provider. This prevents accurate provider production tracking and reporting.

    Membership charges are processed through the membership billing system and apply directly to the business, but there is no way to attribute those charges to an individual provider.

    Requested Enhancement

    Add the ability to assign a provider to a membership so that both:
    • the initial membership purchase, and
    • all recurring membership renewal charges

  10. I noticed the "charge and collect gratuity" option will pop up at check out for basically all payment methods (card, voucher redemption, etc), but when checking a client out using their account credits, that option does not pop up (it only says "charge"). As long as there is an external iPad connected during check-out, the "charge and collect gratuity" option should pop up for ALL check-outs the same.

  11. Ability to set a specific time for when automated campaign and blast emails and texts are sent out to clients. Ideally, these would be based on location time zones for clients receiving the messages.

  12. Allow text boxes to be used on charting on images. Ensure the text box is "sticky" this will allow for cleaner unit charting for services such as botox and fillers. Handwriting between providers varies and the pin box causes too much chaos on an image. its not precise or clean. This would also allow for laptop charting to be more efficient. This is a med spa must.

  14. Hello Skin does not currently have a way to address a special price per unit for services like botox and filler without creating separate services. Instead, they must translate this into a percentage discount within their membership offer settings. Unfortunately, we only support discounts as a whole number. If they have the ability to create a discount such as 10.83% for example, they can be more aligned with the dollar savings they are trying to closely replicate.

  15. As a Co-Founder and Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, I often review and sign off on forms completed by our estheticians at the direction of our Medical Director. Currently, because I also have sign-off privileges, any form I create does not have the option for the Medical Director to add their sign-off.

    To support compliance and clear documentation, we need:

    Dual/Hierarchical Sign-Off Functionality – The ability for the Medical Director to sign off on forms created by providers who themselves hold sign-off privileges. This ensures appropriate oversight and maintains a clear chain of responsibility.

  16. Our state doesn't tax sales over $500. So being able to manually turn off tax for certain services in one clients checkout would be amazing! I have to finagle the amounts every time which takes up a lot of time.

  19. Push notification or text alert when someone joins your waitlist. The current alert is SO easy to miss unless you have staff stationed in front of the computer. Most stylists/receptionists/managers are always too busy to sit and stare at the computer.
