  1. With the end of Penny production it is only a matter of time before we can no longer deal with odd amounts of change. An option to automatically round totals would be helpful with this (giving options for how rounding happens, and ensuring taxes are still appropriately collected and reported would be greatly appreciated)

  3. If Boulevard is able to generate a notification when an online appointment is booked, it would be extremely helpful for the system to also generate a notification when an online product or membership is purchased.

    Currently, our workflow requires manually reviewing daily sales each morning to determine whether any products or memberships were purchased overnight. This process is inefficient and creates opportunity for missed orders.

    A notification pop-up in the Notifications area — similar to the online booking alert — would allow these purchases to be immediately visible to our team. Ideally, the notification could be marked as “read” once…

  4. Create a report that shows detail for account credit adjustments and transactions that also includes comments in the reasons section.

    OR create a cue or different term for the word "Adjusted" that's in the Action column when you click "View History" from the Account Credit section of the client's profile.

  6. Have the flexibility to change the order in which staff are displayed when booking online. It currently defaults to highest price first, then alphabetically. Critical to have the flexibility to move staff up/down the list. In our case, staff are rewarded for performance by being listed first online. This is a pretty standard feature across all other booking software providers.

  11. Each staff member should have a booking link that they can send to clients so that that client or lead can only see their calendar. Instead they are also sending their potential leads and clients a link that also has their "competition" on there. Especially for businesses on BLVD that are booth rent.

  14. Patients or clients don't know what boulevard is, when a cancellation email is sent out it shows that it is from boulevard, not my business name. This needs to be changed so it looks like its coming from the correct place, the business name, so patients/clients can actually open the email and it can serve its purpose. This has been brought up before here but clearly nothing has changed.

  15. It would be great if we could link profiles together as married or children. When children come in we give them their own profile no matter the age so if we could link them to the mom i feel like that would be easier.

  16. Allow customization of discount buttons such that the discounts that are used regularly are easily accessible. Ex: I want a button that has a discount of 3.5% that I can click instead of typing in the discount percentage every time.

  20. Having a pre treatment just like Processing Time, Finishing Time, Transition, but BEFORE PLEASE!!! So when clients need numbing or lets say a client may need consulting??? it would make sense to have a way to que front desk staff where it's appropriate to double book.
