  1. Please make it easier to view all future waitlist appointments instead of day-by-day waitlists and make it easier to delete past waitlisted appointments in bulk instead of deleting singular appointments at once.

  2. forms should have an option to send forms yearly after the first appointment. This would be under the "Send this form" option in forms settings. It would be great to be able to customize a time frame to be able to resend form out for clients to complete. This is important for medical aesthetic services that legally require a yearly renewal of consent.

  4. PDF Upload option when building a chart, like a photo upload.
    My spa has an external company who provides Good Faith Exams. This comes to us in a PDF form. I would like to be able to add this in a chart, a space reserved for unique clinical data rather than in the client note area, for it is not a note, it is a clinical document

  5. I'd love to see some type of integration with fresh clinics for GFEs, consent forms and charting. We use fresh clinics for our medical oversight and were having to chart / consent forms twice. I think I'd be a great partnership for the two companies to have an easy work flow.

  6. If I remove an auto discount manually, it re applies when scanning other products. This causes discounts to be accidentally stacked when the auto discount had been manually removed. With every additional product scan, I have to go back and remove the auto generated discounts that don't apply.

  7. Allow emailed invoices to be customized. If we are belatedly charging for an appointment, they receive a receipt that TWICE (once in the subject line, once in the text of the message) contains the date of the processing, NOT the date of the appointment. If people want this, fine, but in an insurance-based clinic people are often charged after the fact for various reasons, and it is very confusing to receive invoices with the wrong date, especially if they need them for reimbursement purposes.

  10. Adjust the booking flow to require a designation of REQUEST vs NON-REQUEST. Currently not required to book the appointment and it's easily overlooked in the booking process. This is an important KPI that we are missing accurate data on because of this flawed process.

  12. Please have the phone or ipad LOCK onto boulevard app when clients are checking in for their paperwork. Our office phones and ipads have other apps which can be confusing when clients are in midst of filling out paperwork if they accidentally move out of the Boulevard app. Other software do this by requiring staff user password to get out of the app once locked.

  13. This would allow businesses to differentiate their automated campaigns aimed at retaining clients by specifying audiences by service name / service type. For example, a haircut client should reminded to book sooner than a client who receives a keratin treatments. Similarly, clients who receive facials needs an earlier reminder to book than a client receiving neurotoxins.

  16. When a customer is checking in and enters their phone number, the arrow button at the top should turn green, so that they don't move forward with entering their email address, as it begins to confuse the customer and trips them up, Every Single Time!!!

  17. Reviews. Clients are writing reviews that are not even available to be seen. A business works really hard to get a review. So there is no point here. Please update to where the BLVD reviews can be seen. But more importantly the client needs an option to review on Facebook, Yelp, Google. THIS would be supportive to your client base and should not be difficult. I believe we all have the same brilliant idea. Thanks.

    This would be an input via type: OrderPaymentCreateInput
    through field: method via type: OrderPaymentMethod

    Currently, only ACCOUNT_CREDIT and CARD exist as options.

  20. I'd like to download services, client lists, and price lists to Excel. It would be much easier to see the bigger picture for yearly planning and price increases if I could view all the data on one page rather than opening each service individually for each stylist. It's tedious and a huge time suck.
