Multiple schedule availability
I have an 8 hour schedule. I want to have custom slots available. For example, 12-2, 3-5, and 7-8pm. Unfortunately, the only work around is by using resources and having one set of time be from open to close 12-8, and the other to be from 12-4 without adding any additional customization.

No call / No show
Please integrate a feature in the patient chart that tallys every time we mark a patient as a no show for their appointment. The system currently doesn't track it and we would like to be sure to take deposits for patients that are consistently booking and not showing up to their appointment.

Newest formula at the top of the list not the bottom in the client info
When pulling up client formulas via app or desktop - having the newest added formula first would be more efficient. Also, adding the actual date added to them rather than just the (I.e. 1 month ago, 3 month ago). Helps keep things organized

Adding in a Wholesaler Feature.
I have an acne clinic and have my own product line. I offer acne trying for estheticians and purchasing my acne line wholesale for their own acne centers. It would be fantastic if boulevard had a feature to add in whole sale accounts where I can keep track of their reseller permits, Their product purchases, NBe able to sale them 50% off products, and make these purchases tax exempt. Fraud Prevention Alerts
We have a client who has been banned from all stores but keeps making new client profiles with different names (usually the same phone or email). Would like an option to set up email notifications or alerts if suspected spam / fraud accounts matching certain criteria are created and try to book. IE you could set an alert for the client name, email, phone, etc, if it's added into a new account & booking.

Make the "Add More" line in the booking overlay clearer
"Add More" in the booking overlay window is unclear. Clients don't understand they can book more than one appointment at the same time. It should say something like "Add Sessions to This Appt."

"Needs Review" Filter by Name of Form/Chart and Date Range to simplify approvals
Add a filter for Name of Form/Chart when reviewing and approving.
This will allow for a Medical Director or Admin to narrow their search down to just the necessary form/charts that they need to pay attention to. OR have a setting for "Approval by Medical Director" "Approval by Admin" "Approval by Front Desk" so when the appropriate person is approving forms and charts they only see the ones that pertain to them.

Sometimes we need to send patients consents without them needing an appointment like membership consents or photo releases etc, however, there is no way to send consents to fill out without an upcoming appointment.

add a pop-up alert with any critical info when opening a patients chart
Add a pop-up alert to charts detailing critical information that providers need to know. Right now any critical info is getting buried in the Allergies, which still requires the provider go look for that information, or put as a scheduling alert which is only seen by the front desk staff and not providers. Risk for error this way is high. For patient safety, there should be a pop-up alert or even a way to pin important info to the top of the chart where it is very obvious for anyone looking at it

Enable a way to exclude an item from gaining points in the loyalty program. Some items are very small margin of profit .
Have a box to check when setting up a new product that exempts it from the loyalty program. Items such as Blow Dryers and Curling Irons have little margin and shouldn't be given points.
