Schedule emails
Why aren't marketing emails able to be scheduled at your chosen time? When selecting the option, Schedule to launch later, it sends at whatever time it wants. I want to be able to schedule my marketing emails at the time that will be best for our audience and get more engagement. I am really surprised and frustrated that this isn't already an option. I currently have to set a reminder alert in order to launch emails at a peek time, not convenient.

Dynamic Package Pricing
Ability to create one package at multiple price points to accommodate different roles/individuals (e.g. Level 1 vs Master). Essentially, customizing price like you would Services.

Create a way to delete vouchers in groups rather individually.
When a client has several expired vouchers on their account it is difficult to toggle through the account without a delay. It would be easier if I could delete large groups of expired vouchers at one time. At this point I am only able to delete it on at a time.

Confirmation Details
Include the day of the Week, Service Provider, and Services Scheduled in the confirmation messages.
For Example: Hi {client name},
You are scheduled for an appointment at Rose Aesthetics Paola on Wednesday, Jan 7, 2026 at 12:00pm CST for a 60min Petal Radiance Facial with Madeline.
When Clients have multiple appointments scheduled, they get confused which appointment is what day and end up having to take extra steps to figure it out. It should be simply included in the confirmation. Even the Booking Confirmation.2 votes -

E-Prescribing, Lab Ordering, Full CRM with calling that can be accessed in mobile app!
I think that having E-prescibing, Lab ordering and the ability to access a full CRM with texting and calling through boulevard would make it fully an all-in-one system. with access to the mobile app to receive texts and calls as well. These three things are really what the aesthetic and wellness spaces need for a seamless system. Also google reviews sent to patients, not boulevard does no one good if you can't see them!

Have a report showing how many appointments were booked by operators
Operator activity summary and report do not show appointments that were booked by each operator. This would be very helpful to see how much booking each person is creating.

Only viewing providers that perform a specific service
This would be for employees/front desk/managers looking at Boulevard as opposed to clients booking online. It would be useful to have a dropdown somewhere similar to how you can select a specific employee, but instead you can select a specific service. As an example, we're a massage studio so it would be useful when booking appointments to look at a particular day's schedule and only see LMTs that offer cupping, or hot stones, or prenatal, etc. We have a separate spreadsheet with this information but it would be a lot more convenient if it was embedded into the calendar view.

Report locked down so providers can ONLY see their own commissions reports
Commission reports are wide open for everyone to see, this needs to be locked down by user account so they can only see their own reports. The App reporting is only a summary, we need detail! Provider A should not be able to see Provider B and C's commisssions.

No phone number for check in
We have several clients whose minor children come in for appointments, and we need a way to check them in without using a phone number. We're currently using their parent's number, but then the parent's appointment reminders get confused

To improve clarity and transparency for both staff and clients, each account credit in Boulevard (or any POS/accounting system) should be clearly labeled with a specific purpose or category. This ensures that all team members understand exactly what the credit was issued for, how it can be applied, and any limitations tied to it.
