  1. PLEASE Remove the CAP of 100 Invoices in a client's history. WHY? Why is there a limit on the number of invoices that a client can have?

    Some clients come in 3 times a week for biohacking. But they also do Botox and get expensive packages. Yet their order history, appointment history and note histories are all limited to 100 entries.

    We are being told to run these RIDICULOUSLY cumbersome reports to find an invoice from a few months ago that has dropped off the history of our frequent fliers. This is beyond disappointing. We were never advised that client…

  2. It would be ideal for each membership type to have the ability to auto apply their discounts when checking the client out. Example: VIP Membership clients receive 10% off injectables and 20% off skin care - having these %’s be auto applied at the time of check out would create many accidental issues with front desk staff forgetting to apply the client’s discounts and having to refund and create a new visit to check the client out again.

  3. If a particular service requires a consult, first, do not allow booking a service (ie: laser hair removal) if the client has yet to have a consultation (which our practice requires a consultation prior to getting treated.

    Or...create a setting which would allow existing clients to receive certain services and book them on-line while preventing new clients from booking certain services on-line (because they might need a consultation, first OR the service may not be the right thing for that client and they would only know this if they had a consultation).

  4. Pls make it so you can auto-apply discounts to the REMAINING appointments, not all of them. No one ever wants to discount already-booked bookings. The goal is always to make more money, not less.
    In general, pls fix the offers and make them more usable- not stackable. We cannot even use the auto apply at all because it can be stacked.

  7. Loyalty app would be more valuable with more actionable functionality, such as being able to pull points via the API. This way, custom comms could be built around points reached to encourage clients to return to redeem them

  10. Autosave email/text marketing campaigns while you are working on them, or provide a save button to save any changes while in editing mode. In the case the screen refreshes or logs you out - you won't have to start all over again.

  11. Botox only on Wednesdays or First Friday or ...
    Special Event Services only able to be booked for specific date of said event.
    Without having to set up seperate resources and schedule them accordingly. When you have a ton of resources already for all of your rooms and specific equipment, having to create resources just for a specific and occasionally used services it's clunky and cubersome

  12. When a new service is created we would like a setting on the business level access to disable online booking for all locations rather than having to go through each individual location to turn off. This is time consuming and need the option of setting this overall for the business.

As a spa, we are constantly looking for ways to cut costs or optimize time. there should be a report for appointment cancellations that is customizable by day/time type of apt, and how much money was lost due to the cancellation. this helps us determine what clients cancel the most, and what our reschedule/cancel fee should be. this is not new technology, many other booking sites offer much better reports than this.

  14. After a consultation, I may have suggested a few treatments for the patient. They often want a written copy of these suggestions with the individual pricing and total. Would love a way to send a quote without making a fake appt/invoice.

  16. Boulevard administration - is there any update on this topic? Asking as general question as I have tried on several occassions to find out who the adminstration is here at boulevard that would be responsible for this feature being implemented and prioritized? Boulevard itself has a "pretty" online presence both on desktop and phone. They are their own colors, words, vibe, feel, etc... I am wondering how come you do not expect to offer that same package to the clients who pay you on a monthly basis? Wondering why this concern is not taken more seriously on the administration end?…

  17. Hoping to have a notification created to where clients are getting notified if they're late or if their appointment time has passed. For example; If a client had an appointment at 10am, they get a notification at 10:05 they are late or 10:10 that they're appointment has passed our grace period. I feel like this would be one more point of contact in efforts to support our late or cancellation policy and prevent clients from saying they didn't know they had an appointment or didn't think they were late.

  18. An example the Blvd Duo was off line and we could not take credit card payment it would have been nice to be able to send the customer an invoice of what was owed.

  19. Allowing admin or really any staff to see inside of an appointment if service times have been edited at all. For example, If someone edits the customized service time for a provider to less time.
