Enable new clients as a filter in the report for each service providers retention
As a salon owner, the staff retention report should have an option to filter new clients per service provider. This would allow us to more accurately track how many new clients, versus existing clients, are returning to the salon.

The ability to give a FULL price quote BEFORE the appt is booked.
I NEED TO GIVE A PRICE QUOTE BEFORE THE APPT IS BOOKED. I think it's crazy that I have to manually add all the services to give a client a quote during a consult. I book multiple services and treatments at once and my clients want to know the total before booking. The fact that I have to manually add them is crazy to me. PLEASE HELP!

Allowing 1 chart to cover the needs of multiple services.

when products are on a ticket would be nice they get taken out
when products are on a ticket that is not paid yet it would be nice that the products get taken out of inventory at that time.

Annual Charting
What we really need is a way to ensure that, for specific services (like Botox, filler, microneedling, laser resurfacing, IPL, vitamin shots, mid-depth chemical peels, micro laser peel, dermaplaning, and sclerotherapy), a medical professional signs off that the client is medically cleared to receive treatment.
We want this to be automated for the Medical Director to signoff on annually per patient.

online gift card
The user interface for purchasing gift cards online is not very good. When a client gets to the screen to purchase a gift card all they will see is "Gift Card Amount" and then a button with the lowest suggested amount. There is no indication that you need to scroll down to see the other options. This is obviously confusing (and limiting) to clients, so it would be nice if you could clean this up so we're not missing out on bigger gift card sales.

Text Messages and Notifications
We’d like to request that all patient communications and responses be routed through the Boulevard app going forward, so that our team can access and reply to messages both on iPhones when out of office and on the iPads in office.
It would also be incredibly helpful if push notifications could be enabled on our devices when new messages come in—especially during off-hours—so that no patient messages are left on "delivered" and we can maintain a high level of customer service, even when team members are on call.

Automatically email staff schedules to managers
Businesses would like an automated email to be sent containing their staff's schedules. This would give them a backup resource in the event of lost internet access.

Add "appointments scheduled" to the operator activity report
A metric to track how many appointments were scheduled (created) during the date range would be very helpful to know how productive the front desk was. It can be used to show a growth in front desk productivity in getting clients to rebook.

Businesses need the ability to purge a client's data from their records to comply with with data privacy requests.

Create a library of forms/charts/phrases that people have created. Give them the option to add the form/chart to library to share with others. Create a button for others to share to the library so everyone doesn't have to build from scratch.

Packages and Memberships should be separated from Products in the Checkout process for reporting and LOYATY POINTS!!!
Currently all Packages and every Membership transaction ends up in Product reports when they may not have anything to do with Products. Which also gives the purchaser excessive loyalty points!!!! which then creates manual work to go through each clients profile and remove the points to avoid giving additional discounts when they are already receiving perks from the package or membership. We "should" be able to choose to assign points with those purchases not forced to and have to undo it. This is a major time and function issue.
We have to run reports daily of the previous days' purchases…1 vote
