Business cost based on units used rather than a flat rate per service.
Add the ability to set a business cost for a service that is dependent on product usage to be $x per unit rather than a flat rate per service. For example, botox is $12 a unit and the business cost is $6 per unit but right now that $6 can only be set as a flat rate so regardless if it's 1 unit or 20 units the business cost stays a $6. This makes the commission payout now a manual process because you have to account for the business cost.

Payment history in the clients profile vs "sales"
It would be nice to see all of a client payment history/ orders in their client profile vs. having to search by name in the sales tab.

Patients really should be able to see their balance. Number one complaint we receive from patients, almost on the daily.

Language Translation Option
Clients should have the ability to translate the english versions of our forms, notes and online services/scheduling to their language. The language barrier is a major hurdle. This could not only benefit each boulevard user but could also benefit boulevard as a whole.

Users ability to see all locations without being assigned to them.
Currently, only an Admin can see all locations without actually being assigned to any of them. Therefore, they don't need to be listed in Manage > Staff.
Non-admins currently do need to be assigned. Businesses with a remote CX team then have to assign them to all locations, but can be confusing for franchise owners who have a new location and over two dozen staff assigned to it when they don't actually work AT that location.
It would be great to activate a user to have permissions to see all locations while NOT being an admin.1 vote -
Addition of date selector in the API report exporter for Discounts and Offers report
Currently, the Discounts & Offers report exporter has a limit of 1,000,000 rows. For larger sets of data, some rows will be missed entirely creating gaps. Having the ability to select a specific date range would reduce the overall size of the report and allow full exporting.

Ability for business admin to reset 2FA for a single staff member or update the staff's phone number.
This would allow users with Business Manager/Admin permissions to reset a staff member's two-factor authentication and allow them to update their phone number without needing to disable 2FA business-wide.

Add time stamps to appointment history. ie: what time the previous appointments were scheduled for.

add on RETAIL products to go with a service
where you can put add on products WITH a service so you can still track the inventory but help everyone remember to offer to patients. also lets patients see more of what you have if you are looking to book online
right now you can do it by making it an add on SERVICE but then you dont track inventory!

When a client gets a virtual gift card it would be cool if there was integration with the duo - so they could tap to use the virtual gift card if we dont have scanners in the store

Ratings: Column for operator at checkout
It would be helpful to have a column indicating the person who checked the client's appt out in Ratings, as their feedback may be related to their checkout experience and would be helpful to easily identify.

Schedule on first/second/etc Monday/Tuesday/etc of the month vs biweekly etc
Currently we can only recur shifts by the week/biweekly/every 3/every 4 weeks. It would be really helpful if we could recur shifts by the placement in a month. For example: Employee only works the 2nd and 4th Tuesday. The current setup we would have to either manually add every shift or do every 4 weeks, however this would be messed up by months that have a 5th Tuesday.
