intake forms
Force clients to fill out their intake form(s) as part of the appointment process.
In Vagaro, if a client doesn't have an intake form in the system the are forced to fill one out before they can complete the booking process.
I have a line in every message about filling out the intake form with a link, but we still have people who don't fill them out prior to their appointment
