Demographic update - Need preferred name and MRN
Demographic info for clients/patients needs to have area for First, Middle (not req), and Last names. Also a place for a Preferred name.
Patients should also be assigned a record number that can be used as an MRN with other vendors such as my pathologist and LabCorp.
