  1. Our "logo" isn't a picture or design, it's the name of the business in fancy writing. In most every case where the square logo is present, we can barely read the words. It would be great if we could customize the size of the logo for different screens. Also, the self-booking overlay image has such a dark shadow over the top that you can barely even see the picture we chose. Please give us the option to change the intensity of that shadow.

  2. Have the flexibility to change the order in which staff are displayed when booking online. It currently defaults to highest price first, then alphabetically. Critical to have the flexibility to move staff up/down the list. In our case, staff are rewarded for performance by being listed first online. This is a pretty standard feature across all other booking software providers.

  3. Many clients complain that they didn't have enough time to change or cancel their appointment within our cancellation policy once receiving the reminder email. It would be nice to be able to change when that could be sent.

  4. We have a membership system where the client gets to "bank" dollars as store credit. When they log in, many clients gets confused with monthly benefit account credit shown as what they currently have in their wallet. PLEASE MAKE IT CLEAR THAT THE BENEFITS ARE WHAT THEY RECEIVE every month and NOT WHAT THEY CURRENTLY HAVE. Thank you!

  6. When a client reschedules an appointment within the late cancellation window, the client should show up on the cancellation list in addition to patients who have cancelled so that all staff can see who has rescheduled and when they rescheduled to.

  7. Just let my provider see the patient's dob from the Pro App so they know the age of the person they're dealing with. Making them run to a desktop computer is screwing up our flow.

  9. Some products can only be ordered in 3's or 6's. Additionally, suppliers may offer discounts when items are ordered in 12's.
    This would be easier to manage if there were the ability to enter a required unit quantity in the product profile which would be used as a rule when creating purchase orders.

  10. For old employees' who've been deleted from Boulevard, please make it possible to see their old appointments on the Calendar View! It is very difficult to run a report, and not very quick or user friendly. Thank you

  14. When we need to refund a client due to issues like switching payment methods, the system should allow us to reopen the original appointment to check it out. Currently, we’re forced to create a second appointment just to process the checkout, which results in duplicate appointments appearing in the client’s chart.

  15. When a guest cancels an appointment via the dashboard or self-service link, a short, native multiple-choice dropdown should appear immediately after cancellation asking why they chose to cancel.

    This should be built directly into Boulevard’s platform, not dependent on third-party integrations or external survey tools like Typeform or Klaviyo. Having this moment of feedback in-line and native dramatically increases completion rates and closes the feedback loop in real time — while the intent and context are still fresh.

    This is not just a UX improvement — it’s essential business intelligence. Without real-time insight into cancellation behavior, studios are left guessing.…

  16. Stop requiring the input of a billing zip code to charge late fees. Some clients, especially new ones, dont fill out their intake paperwork for whatever reason. This leaves the clinic unable to charge late fees without their billing zip code.

    Also, there should be a toggle to charge JUST the late fee without including tax. I want to charge $100 flat rate. In order to do so, i have to charge $92.38 to make up for the tax to get the flat rate of $100.

  17. Our memberships are based around account credit so they can be used for any service. They also get one free add-on monthly. For example: a gold membership cost $85 and the client gets $100 in store credit plus one free $15 add-on. BLVD is assigning the value of the voucher as $85 and changes the price of the add-on to $85 when redeemed. Making the voucher amount editable would improve the client experience (receipts are confusing) and accounting on the backend.

  18. If a client is calling to make an appointment, let's input their phone number (or email) and first name. The system can then send them a text (or email) to input their card, agree to cancellation policy, etc, and only then will their appointment get put on the calendar.

  19. When using the "Copy from Previous Chart" function, the system currently brings forward previously uploaded images/photos along with the charted information. This leads to confusion and potential clinical inaccuracies, especially if the old photos are outdated or no longer clinically relevant.
