  1. I want an option for the form to be sent out only to new guests. If boulevard knows which appointments are new guests it should be able to trigger a new client form for them

  2. Returns should be shown on the client product screen. How do we know if the client returns something, I don't want to keep recommending a product they didn't like.

  4. A report that pulls all the clients that have duplicate accounts so we can easily merge them without having to stumble upon their multiple accounts or search the client list to see duplicates

  5. In its current state, it appears that the medical director must individually click on each date to determine if there are charts requiring review or sign-off. This workflow presents a challenge. Platforms like Aesthetic Record streamline this process by enabling providers to directly send completed charts to the medical director for review, simplifying their responsibilities. Requiring the medical director to manually review each day’s records adds unnecessary complexity, particularly given the demanding schedules of both the providers and the medical director.

    To address this inefficiency, could a new feature or link be implemented that allows providers to send the providers…

  8. When scheduling appointments after checkout, we should be able to go 4,8,12, etc weeks from the date we are making the appointment and then we should be able to hit the double arrow and have the calender take us however many weeks from that date. Instead, we have to count out the weeks on the drop down calendar or skip through week by week.

  11. Need to be able to set a date range under Schedule --> Form status: Needs review...instead of having to click through each date. Would save me LOTS of clicks and I could be sure I've reviewed everything and didn't miss one more easily.

  13. Description:
    Currently, updating the price of a membership requires creating a brand new membership plan. It would be much more efficient if we could simply modify the pricing of existing memberships. This would save time, reduce errors, and streamline membership management.

  14. Alert the client when booking online that they already have a profile. Clients make multiple profiles because they can't remember their password or don't remember they have a profile and they end up creating multiple, which is a problem when we go to look at their history and their is nothing there. We then have to search if they have another profile.

  15. We would like the ability to customize the order of how our staff are listed when patients choose a provider online. Instead of it being alphabetized, we would like to be able to list our primary injector first and secondary injector second.

  16. If a membership reduces pricing for a specific service it should automatically do that instead of having to add a bunch of add ons.

    For example: for our injectable members, our botox unit goes from $15 to $13/ unit. For anyone enrolled in membership when we are at check out this should be auto updated

  17. It would be extremely helpful to have internal-only forms — ones that are not visible to clients — so we can set up documents like medical authorizations with a built-in annual expiration date. Alternatively, if it's easier, enhancing the current chart functionality to include an optional expiration setting would allow us to manage these internal forms more effectively without exposing them to clients.

  18. As a Laser business, we have multiple tools that connect to the same machine. Some services need multiple attachments and some don't. Some services could be done one one machine OR another and if both are connected to the services both are required. I need the option to select and/or logic to resources to be able to control my schedule better. Right now some services cannot be booked online due to the limitations of your resources feature. Please add more functionality to make it easier to manage the schedule.

  20. We want to be able to rename the existing client notes tab to be more aligned with our business purposes. We would also like to be able to add more tabs with custom naming conventions to align with our business practices.
