  3. As a Laser business, we have multiple tools that connect to the same machine. Some services need multiple attachments and some don't. Some services could be done one one machine OR another and if both are connected to the services both are required. I need the option to select and/or logic to resources to be able to control my schedule better. Right now some services cannot be booked online due to the limitations of your resources feature. Please add more functionality to make it easier to manage the schedule.

  5. Clients should be required to enter in all information, such as date of birth and home address at the time of booking their first appointment. A complete profile is essential, especially for marketing purposes.

  6. Please integrate a feature in the patient chart that tallys every time we mark a patient as a no show for their appointment. The system currently doesn't track it and we would like to be sure to take deposits for patients that are consistently booking and not showing up to their appointment.

  13. Combine Sales and Payment Reporting.

    • Need to see clients who have purchased units and did not treat same day

    • Additionally, needs additional filters for Payment Methods on Commission Reporting to exclude certain payment methods.

  16. We, too end up with confusion about online booking. People select a provider without realizing "First available" is an option, then they are locked out from seeing many potential appointments. I think it should default to First Available, and then have the option to choose a specific person.

  19. I had a client ask if it were possible to display the date of the booked appointment at the beginning of the subject line in the email confirmation. Otherwise, it looks like a bunch of the same emails at a glance when booking multiple appointments at a time. This would help the client see their appointment dates quickly, without having to click on a bunch of different emails.
