  1. Need to have Medical history with ICD10 codes, Medication with Interaction checker, and Escribe. Especially since most Med Spas prescribe medication for hormones, weight loss etc. It is actually critically needed.

  2. Clients are booking appointments for their friends. A friends name and phone number NEEDS to be required. This should not be optional! We need to contact the client and we have advanced paperwork. This creating a mess in our system!! Please require and name and phone number. AND dont allow clients to change their profile name to a friends... this is also creating a mess of accounts.

  3. A client may have purchased a membership at one location but moved and started frequenting another. It would be great to be able to simply change the membership location so they start getting billed where they are receiving services.

  4. It would be great if we could send a google form post appointment for people to fill out? like on the marketing tab could it automatically send a email or text after someone checks out with a link or something like that.

  8. Allow customization of discount buttons such that the discounts that are used regularly are easily accessible. Ex: I want a button that has a discount of 3.5% that I can click instead of typing in the discount percentage every time.

  9. Allow me to start a checkout on the professional app, and when it asks for a card, it switches to the DUO checkout screen and bluetooth connects to my duo. I can just turn the iPad around for the customer to complete their part, and then it goes back to the app screen for me to finish the checkout. Would make mobile checkouts easier, plus make it easier to have resilient options if the internet is down as our iPad has a cellular modem.

  14. Boulevard should take extra security measures to ensure online gift card purchases by making the purchaser provide their matching billing address to the credit card to prevent fraudulent purchases.

    We had issues with people using stolen credit cards to buy a gift card online and then using it at our salon. Not only are we losing money on the gift card, we now have to pay our service providers their split commission.

  16. Reviews. Clients are writing reviews that are not even available to be seen. A business works really hard to get a review. So there is no point here. Please update to where the BLVD reviews can be seen. But more importantly the client needs an option to review on Facebook, Yelp, Google. THIS would be supportive to your client base and should not be difficult. I believe we all have the same brilliant idea. Thanks.

  17. We need an auto Time Block at beginning of appt for NUMBING for certain services provided (filler, microneedling, etc.)

    Currently what is offered for time blocking with each appt is: Processing Time (a block of time at the END of the service when a client is busy, but the staff can attend other clients.), Finishing Time (a block of time at the END of a service and any processing or transition time when both the client and the staff are busy.), and Transition Time (a block of time AFTER the service is performed during which the staff member is unavailable.…

  19. Loyal clients like to take advantage of promotional gift cards. When they also want to enroll in a membership, they can't use those gift cards that are often hundreds of $. It would be great to be able to use a gift card on file but still require a credit card so that card can automatically be charged for renewals once the gift card runs out

  20. We had instances where we don't notice that a clients card has expired until it's too late. I understand that when its a membership they will be notified but it would be cool if it was sent out even just from their profile
