  3. like the time stamps for a full appointment reschedule, having time stamps for any changes to an appointment (ie provider change, room change, etc) would be incredibly helpful when trying to figure out appointment/schedule changes among staff

  4. When a client is booking online, previous booking systems had a visual to let you know there was an online booking happening but this system does not have a way to let you know when a client is booking online for the spot you are simultaneously booking someone on the phone leading to one of the clients needing to get rescheduled, which they are never happy about no matter how innocent the issue.

  6. If there could be an option added to move appointments to a "clipboard' to easily reschedule the appointments. We were using booker before and that feature made it so easy so appointments that needed to be rescheduled wouldn't forget to be cancelled and you didn't have to create a whole new appointment.

  7. I like the way you can set up schedules for team in boulevard but something that could make it better would be to have a lunch section in the scheduler. Right now having to set up to repeat is not very efficient.

  8. We have clients who come weekly for weight loss injections as part of a membership program. We need to renew every 28 days, not "monthly on the start date". Due to calendar cycles, this is causing a lapse in coverage. Would it be possible to add this option to the renewal period?

  9. It seems like product managers and engineers are a little out of touch with how people are using the software. A day of shadowing a customer would probably open their eyes to some of the rougher edges of the software.

    Many of the "feature requests" on here could almost be categorized as bugs. They aren't the software not working as designed, but they are the software not working as expected by users.

  11. Users are trying to filter an email marketing list for a specific service provider to target clients who have seen that provider at least three times.

    Currently, when using a filter to a certain staff member and adding a second filter for visit history 3+ the system pulls clients who have visited three times total, regardless of which provider they saw.

    t would be helpful to add the ability to filter based on visits with a specific provider only, as the current setup can be misleading and limits targeted marketing.

  12. Having the ability to add Packages, Products, Vouchers, Memberships and Gift Cards in the patients profile with out having to process it as a new sale. If a patient is given a free service for future use or wins a give away (something to this extent) it would be nice to be able to go to the patients profile and just add these items to their account. Right now it just shows if they have purchased a package. I believe we can remove these items but we cant "add" anything.

  13. We end up with lots of clients with two profiles. Often times they end up with a second profile because they used a secondary email or phone number to book online. Having an option to match all of these to one profile would help prevent the continued creation of these redundant profiles

  17. When a gift card is greater than or equal to the cost of their service it bypasses the tip option when you checkout the ticket. There should be the ability to ask them if they want to add a gratuity on their credit card or even the remaining balance of the gift card. There is already an option to manually add the tip, but asking the client what they want to leave is generally poor customer service.

  18. This is a ticket that compiles everything to support consumable products from how it's setup and managed, how it's sold, and how it's tracked to differentiate it from retail products and back bar consumption.

    Many services require multiple products to be used, so allowing for more than one product to be used per service would allow for better inventory tracking
