Allow editing of appointment times that are sent to clients
Clients are confused when their 60 minute massage appointment says it will be 75 minutes long (due to time to get into room, change, get up and out, etc..). It would be great if we could edit the time that is shown on appointment confirmations so they are not confused!

We had instances where we don't notice that a clients card has expired until it's too late. I understand that when its a membership they will be notified but it would be cool if it was sent out even just from their profile

Custom Reports for Payroll with Payments
A custom report option that allows us to see the necessary information when inputting payroll, with the form of payment included in the report.
What the client purchases:
Service, Product, tax, gratuity, gift card sale, wholesale purchase.
Form of Payment:
Card, check, cash, venmo, barter, etc.Currently, we need to run multiple reports or double-check the calendar. Many more steps than are necessary.

ability to send forms not attached to an appointment
I think other people have suggested similar things but I have not found this specific one. We seriously need to be able to send forms even if a client does not have a scheduled appointment. There have been several occasions where this has come up. Our current issue is needing to send insurance verification forms for our biller to access BEFORE a client schedules an appointment. Please send clients confirmations when they reschedule appointments online!
When clients reschedule their own appointments online, the system does not send them an updated communication with the new date and/or time. They then call our business to make sure that it has gone through. Please update this to save time for everyone. Thanks!

The checkout and "redeeming" process for memberships need to be heavily revisited.
As is stands, if you have more than one voucher under a membership, it is split evenly between the two vouchers. For services in the same category at the same price, this makes sense.
However, with the flexibility when creating the memberships (which I love), the check out and receipt process ends up devaluing or overpricing service that are not in the same category.

Search function for history page
Please add a search function to patient history pages. It is incredibly time-consuming to have to click each ticket to see what a patient purchased. Search functions really need to be added to almost everything with BLVD for convenience.

Remove packages and memberships from earning Loyalty Points
The Loyalty App should have the ability not to to grant points to clients who buy packages or memberships as the redemption of the earned vouchers earns them points.

add commission to reports
Allow Service, Product, and other commissions to be added to reports and not just summary, so I can create a detailed staff report showing their sales, commissions, and other scheduel detaisl in one place.
