  1. We have had several clients add themselves to the waitlist online through the option that says, "don't see a time that works for you, join the waitlist," but they have added themselves to days that our providers are not working. For example, we have a provider who works only 3 days a week, and people add themselves to the days that she doesn't even work. If there were a way to display that certain providers are unavailable so that clients dont put themselves on a list they will never get off of that would be ideal.

  3. Bulk editing of products would be a time saving feature. For example, if a particular brand/product line will be purchased from a different vendor a bulk edit would be beneficial so we don't have to individually switch them over.

  6. Hi! I wanted to share some feedback regarding the new Phrases feature. Currently, it seems that we’re unable to use phrases unless we’ve already opened a message thread and sent a message to the client first. This means the feature only works if the client initiates the conversation or if we start with a manual message, only then can we use the phrases.

    It would be incredibly helpful if we could use phrases when starting a new message directly from the client's profile, even if there’s no existing thread, or if the previous conversation has been closed. This would make…

  9. Providers should have the ability to view their own client ratings in Boulevard. Currently, only admins can see these, and enabling this feature for providers also grants access to other providers’ ratings and additional permissions, which isn’t ideal. It would be helpful if providers could receive an email notification whenever a client leaves them a rating, and if they could view all ratings left by clients directly within the client’s profile.

  10. Can you create something on a client profile where we can set reminders to reach out to the client in 3 mons 6 mons etc. to follow up. Something that will pop up the day we set it for to reminder us to reach out. It would be really helpful.

  12. online booking exact dollar amounts instead of percentages. When we set up online booking deposits, we can only do a percentage. Our business charges exact dollar amounts like $77, $99, etc.

  13. boulevard needs to make a way for medspas to enter diagnosis codes and cpt codes. currently we dont even have a way to make that information show up in notes on a patient receipt.
    Patients that wish to send to an insurance company on their own have to have this information.

    You also DEFINITELY need a way to make a non global area on a patient receipt to add notes for the patient to see

  14. we should be able to add a chart to a client profile without having to book an additional appointment. In my situation the appointment disappeared from the schedule and now I cannot add my chart note. Also, if we need to add phone correspondence, we should be able to add a note.

  17. Currently, there is no option to require a handwritten signature only for the forms and charts signature control. Only to disable the handwritten signature and allow "type"

    There should be options to enable / disable either or.
