  1. After a consultation, I may have suggested a few treatments for the patient. They often want a written copy of these suggestions with the individual pricing and total. Would love a way to send a quote without making a fake appt/invoice.

  10. We very often have forms that need to be sent after a client has been seen. Especially if a client wants to join a membership or certain forms were missed. Unfortunately they can only be sent through an upcoming appointment and it would be helpful to be able to email them separately.

  12. Sometimes clients will text photos for us to share with our stylists/colorists but we are unable to then share these photos via outgoing texts. This seems like a simple fix that would benefit communication.

  18. We sell kits of our skincare and it would be nice to have a "kit" like we have "packages" of treatments, where when you sell that kit, it pulls from inventory of the individual products that are in the kit. This would also be helpful for our website.

  20. We should be able to customize which reports staff can see. It is all or nothing currently. Staff shouldn't see company info or each others info.
