Mandatory Add-Ons
Make Add-Ons have a mandatory option like the Service Modifiers do. Where you have to choose at least one option. We would like to have "finishing services" for our color, like a blow out or haircut, and we do currently but it would be more proactive to have the client be forced to choose one instead of being able to skip it because it wouldn't give us enough time to finish the service.

Report to know how many clients are scheduling appointments each week.
Feature Idea:
A report for booking data. Would like to know how many clients are scheduling appointments each week/how many appts. are being booked (not how many appointments are on the books).Context:
Our marketing team is trying to figure out which advertisements are working to get clients scheduled, or if there is any correlation at all to our ads or time of year. Having this report would help us line up how many clients we got scheduled based on the ad we are running each week.8 votes -
Report that pulls expiration date of all non-expired vouchers
Customer (Mane Techniques Hair Company LLC) wants to be able to track the vouchers that are about to expire to alert customers that they need to use the voucher before it expires. Going through each client profile for this info is not time effective. They also want to be able to track the amount of money the business can lose if the vouchers are not being used by clients.

Visually suppress processing time on desktop calendar
Otherwise the calendar is illegible. I don't understand how anyone can look at the calendar and make sense of it. See attached pic, it's ugly. Even if you limit the number of service providers to spread out columns the issue persists.

Should be able to add a product when receving purchase orders
We occasionally get freebies in our orders from our sales reps. Instead of having to create a new purchase order, it would be nice to have an add option to the PO when receiving.

Integrate with FlowDesk for email marketing
I just found Flowdesk and think that their email marketing is far more on brand and luxury than mailchimp. Mailchimp is extremely expensive and has very little for templates. Flowdesk is far superior in design and cost.

Ability to pop cash drawer with cash transactions
To eliminate people opening cash drawer with a key. You should be able to specify your printer and when closing shift or taking cash transactions the drawer should automatically pop open.

Redeemable birthday points out of loyalty program
In our salon it would be a great deal of help to be able to choose specifically to redeem birthday points for loyalty program members since it only allows you to redeem all points or no points rather than a specified amount from clients points.

Product Records Report - Add Price of product
The Service Record report includes the price of the service. It would be logical for the Product Records report to also include the price. That way I can export and audit ALL pricing in the system and ensure fewer errors.

Keep time when adding services to an appointment
When adding a service to an existing appointment it is natural to choose the time, then the service (since the blanks are in that order). When you choose the service, the time reverts to the ending of the last service on the appointment even if you chose something different (say, before the first service). It would make more sense to keep the selected time (or default to the end if nothing is chosen) when choosing the service to add.
