Hi! I wanted to share some feedback regarding the new Phrases feature. Currently, it seems that we’re unable to use phrases unless we’ve already opened a message thread and sent a message to the client first. This means the feature only works if the client initiates the conversation or if we start with a manual message, only then can we use the phrases.

It would be incredibly helpful if we could use phrases when starting a new message directly from the client's profile, even if there’s no existing thread, or if the previous conversation has been closed. This would make communication much more efficient. Thanks!

    I would like to be able to use phrases in all area where Messages are available. It seems Phrases are only available In the Messages area of Boulevard. When one is in a Client Record and chooses Messages, Phrases are NOT available AND that is extremely inefficient.
