  2. Clients often accidentally select today's date in the birthday field in new client forms. having the ability to set some sort of requirement to warn the client or not accept today's date by adding a minimum age or similar guardrail would be helpful.

    Perms, want to keep it so that client history across locations show the same service, but the modifiers may be different by location and pricing also is highly different for locations.

  8. Would love the ability for the business to create custom adjustment reasons for our staff to choose from as why inventory is being adjusted. We have circumstances that sometimes involve a little more clarity for accounting team and would like to have it listed as an option to select in the drop down.

  10. Within the checking out of the client they get all the way through and then we have to ask, would you like a copy of your receipt through email. A customer suggested they be able to say yes or no to this on the ipads

  11. Appointments with a time extension or add-on are not displayed correctly in the app. You have to click on the appointment to see all the extensions and add-ons. This is a problem because it's easy to miss something that needs time to prepare or set up before an appointment. As an example, we have hot salt stones that need to be turned on at least 45 minutes before an appointment or they won't be hot enough.

  13. It would assist greatly with training front desk if we could see a consolidated report of appointments that were booked by one person. Since Boulevard already keeps record of who booked each appointment, I imagine it already has the data needed to put it into a list/report format.

    This way, we can narrow down bookings and quickly check that all appointments booked by that one person were booked correctly rather than clicking around the schedule to see what was booked by them in the first place.

  14. We have many Spanish speaking clients who use the booking widget. It would be very helpful to have. If they are on the booking widget and could turn on a translate feature to book, that wold be great

  16. The gift certificate/card feature at the time of checkout is wonky. Our clients want something emailed right away. I know we can go to our site and purchase the GC's that way but it is a slow process. I would love to request a GC PDF to be able to be purchased at the time of checkout when the client is in the spa. I would also like to request that either the system auto-generates a number for the GC or makes it clear to use the client's last name for the code.
