When you change a service, the resource linked to that service should automatically update as well. It doesn't currently.
When we update a service on client's appointment, it doesn't automatically update the resource that's associated with the appointment. It should be linked so that it auto-populates when the new service is selected to avoid any issues.

Sharing Credit Card Information
We have several clients that wish to use their card on file to pay for other people (their spouse, friend, child, etc.) when they don't have an appointment at the same time. It is frustrating for us as the business as well as clients to have to re-enter their card information onto each client's profile they wish to pay for. If there was a way to easily transfer that information such as setting up a paying client or marking clients as minors under a parent account so their card will populate, that would be very helpful.

Some offers have virtually the same rules but different code name or eligible locations for tracking and would love to be able to duplicate an existing code rather than creating a brand new one

Persistent vitals section
Vitals section that is persistent for each visit that is easily viewed and able to show record of previous vitals values (weight, BMI, BP, etc) from each visit.

Print Client Name on All Forms and Charts
Please add the Client (Patient) name to all sheets when a form or chart is printed with page numbers. This is normal practice for medical offices. It helps to insure HIPAA compliance. Thank you.

Option to change the staff member that completed the Chart
Incase of a mistake of a staff member completing the Chart in another staff member’s dashboard, it would be nice to be able to change the name of the staff member that competed the Chart.

incomplete notes- provider
We are a soap notes required biz.
We are having issues with soap notes compliance and there is no easy way to sort who is leaving them and who is not. We need an indicator of incomplete forms-either on the providers profile or on the client. Right now reception has to go through all the day before and send out mean emails. Yes people should just do them, but the human brain is silly.7 votes -
have a block history tab showing when a block is created, moved, or deleted with time stamps

Better reports around loyalty program and levels with points
I would love to be able to see our top clients with loyalty program points. It would also be amazing to offer those top clients more perks as far as levels go (similar to Nordstrom)

Add "Client Rescheduled" as a reason when we cancel an appointment.
When going to cancel a client's appointment, but they need to call back to reschedule, it would be nice to have a "client rescheduled or client will call back to reschedule" option under cancellation reason.

Bypass Review Chart option
"bypass review forms" privilege and feature should present a "skip" option to staff allowed to bypass rather than just removing the "submit and review" button altogether.

Be able to block of certain hours on the schedule for New Clients only (or members only, etc).
Be able block certain hours on the schedule so that people that are online scheduling can only book in those times if they are new clients, or members, etc.

Check in and checkout times added to appointment
Would be super helpful if you could add the times the client checked in for their appointment and what time the appointment was checked out in the appointment details for easy visibility.
