  1. The appointment reminders need to make sure to reflect the CURRENT appointment day and time. We have had several clients come in at the original appointment day or time, though it was changed in the system, the reminder that got sent to them was for the prior day/time instead of the changed time. This is a BIG issue for our time and theirs. PLEASE fix sooner than later! Thank you.

  2. Offering a haircut as an add-on service for dualist stylist that prioritize colour service. This would allow clients to choose their stylist that may not be available for a stand-alone service maximizing utilization.

  3. It would be helpful and make life easier if we could link a credit card from one profile to another. For example if a client's parent would like to pay for their child's services and there's no CC on child's profile but a CC on parent's profile, if we could link the card to the child's profile instead of having to retrieve the CC via phone with parent at checkout. This feature was something we could do on Booker booking software.

  4. The business said it is the law where they live to have an expiration date entered on a gift card. The would like to have this automatically happen when a date is entered rather then manually expiring.

  5. Highlight Employee Vacation on Schedule.

    I need the ability to mark what days employees have requested off on the schedule so I know I have approved their time off. In addition it would be great to have sick days or holidays. Color-coding would be ideal for each indication so that when I look at the schedule, I know where everyone was that day.

  6. We offer an array of add-on options, including multiple haircut and treatment choices. To enhance our online booking experience and make it more client-friendly, we'd love to organize these add-ons into sub-categories. This way, instead of a lengthy list of options, clients can easily navigate and select their preferences. Example as follows:

  7. If the client is already booked with us they should only have to enter either there phone # or there email and not have to retype all the personal info each time they check in. Also it would be great if they where able to pick what service they are there for when checking in for there appointment

  10. It would assist greatly with training front desk if we could see a consolidated report of appointments that were booked by one person. Since Boulevard already keeps record of who booked each appointment, I imagine it already has the data needed to put it into a list/report format.

    This way, we can narrow down bookings and quickly check that all appointments booked by that one person were booked correctly rather than clicking around the schedule to see what was booked by them in the first place.

  11. We have many Spanish speaking clients who use the booking widget. It would be very helpful to have. If they are on the booking widget and could turn on a translate feature to book, that wold be great

  14. We are currently using the business charge. We would like a report that separates this charge from the service totals in a report so the stylists can see the actual amount they are being paid on. This would be ideal in Mobile app as well.

  20. It would be convenient to be able to add a new client through the "Message" tab without having to click the "Client" tab. Being a new location, we have new clients messaging us to get scheduled so when I add them as a client, I have to copy their information down, then click the "Client" tab to "Add New Client". If this can be done through the actual message itself, it would save on time and efficiency.
