  2. If this is an added feature stylist would have the option of having Blvd add 15 to 30 minutes to the booking automatically. Currently I have to watch every appointment book and if I don't recognize the name I go and adjust the time, if time is available. The desk can't remember every single specific time that stylist would want added for each new client. I have spoken to other hairdressers at other salons that use Boulevard and they all think the idea is really good.

  3. The wrong payment type was used to close an order (Other payment type) vs. credit card. We would like the ability to edit or refund and add new payment type more easily. Currently, we would need to create a new appointment.

  5. Internal messaging within employees, like a chat or inbox. To remind them to call/follow up with a patient. Or a "Hey your patient is ready for you". It would be very helpful.

  8. I would love to see an option in Boulevard that allows individual providers to generate and view reports on their own performance metrics. Having access to personal stats would help providers better understand their strengths, track progress, and set goals.

    Examples of metrics that would be helpful include:

    Personal sales totals (including retail and enhancements)

    Enhancement sales performance

    Rebooking rates

    Average tip percentage and/or average tip amount

    Average ticket value

    Client retention metrics

    Being able to filter these reports by date range (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) would be especially useful. This feature would empower providers to take ownership of their…

  9. Boulevard has MUCH to be desired in terms of client (the business/practice using boulevard) brand awareness. Our business spend a lot of money on marketing and setting ourselves apart from the rest. I am unsure why there are not more personalization options available to the clients who are supporting boulevard. The current options available are even less than what square merchant processer offers.

    My booking overlay appears to be out of the stone age.

  12. Teams currently have to track any follow ups that may be needed outside of BLVD. This would be for post treatment check-ins, pause lifts, or other relevant client follow up they have to do. (Mindbody has contact logs)

  13. An email that gets sent to new clients after their first visit.

    This email would thank them for choosing our salon with CTA to review and book their next appointment (if not already done). This email should also include their personalized referral link. This email should also include cross-promotions that are offered within the other departments in the salon. (e.g after a color appointment, skin or head spa services)

  15. I would like to see the amount of future bookings by service. For example, we have a goal to achieve a certain amount of facials in a month. It would be nice to see how many have already been booked for the upcoming month.

  20. Duo needs to be able to connect to Professional app/Ipad/Phone. It would be one less step. ALSO, if computer goes down the DUO is pointless!!! Vagaro lets you checkout on ANY device through the main app! So much more streamlined.
