Medical Director Forms Sign Off
The current workflow for Medical Director chart review and sign-off in Boulevard is difficult to navigate and can be time-consuming. At the moment, there is no clear way to:
• Easily see which client charts still need to be completed by staff
• Identify which charts are pending Medical Director review and signature
• Track which charts have already been signed offAdditionally, there is no automatic notification sent to the Medical Director when charts are ready for review and signature, which can lead to delays and confusion.

Manager/owner features on mobile app
We need a manager view available in the mobile app so that we may quickly adjust schedules in the app, which is something we could do in booker mobile. For example, if a barber calls in sick and we are not near a computer, we need to update the schedule. We would like to make back-office functions more accessible on mobile. It is not easy to navigate the desktop UI on a mobile device.

Change the Link for Google Review Requests
The link requires the person to have a Google account. Also it does not take them to the correct place. This should be a link that goes directly to the review page. Please add this option!!! The only current option is to go to the place id for Google. Instead, this link should connect directly to the review page. This would also allow people without a Google email and account to go directly to the page. The way it is now it asks the person to sign into their Google account.

Group bookings in the Dashboard
It would be wonderful to book group appointments from the dashboard. We end up booking two appointments, but they aren't combined like a group appointment booked online. The trouble comes up when one person cancels their appointment, but it doesn't cancel the group. We can end up with an orphaned appointment on the books that takes some detective work to figure out who they were originally scheduled with.

Regarding the new review platform, I see some improvements over previous iterations. However, the ideal configuration would be a direct prompt to a review platform of our choice, such as Yelp/Google. Once the customer spends generous time reviewing us internally on BLVD platform, they are unlikely to follow prompt for additional posting. We are essentially cannibalising our own reviews by using this feature.

Gratuity via Duo, even if service total is $0 (prepaid)
Maybe this idea was already posted, but I just got the Duo. Sometimes we have clients who have already prepaid and the total for services is $0. We realized the Duo will close out the sale and not prompt the client to leave gratuity. We have to ask and manually enter the gratuity amount in the checkout window before running payment. We would like to still have them select a gratuity amount on their own via the iPad, based on value of the service. If they left cash, they can still skip it. Thanks!

We use Gift Cards extensively and need to be able to see/distinguish when gift cards were purchased for myself or others. Otherwise at checkout it gets very messy.
Ability to see gift cards purchased for others in client profile
Ability to see gift cards gifted to/from another client in client profile
Ability to offer promotional gift cards (buy $100, get $50)

Boulevard AI
We are switching from Mindbody which has an AI feature built in which we have used tremendously. The AI answers missed calls via text scheduling, rescheduling, or answering questions. It can be built into the practice website to have an extra scheduling option. This feature schedules appointments totally of $5,000+ for us each month when we are closed or on another line with a client.

Alert online bookers that the credit card entered will not be charged at that moment, but just held on file
Clients always think that they have pre-paid for the appointment because they recall entering their credit card. They just start walking out the door after the appointment. We have to stop and tell them that they need to sign and approve the charged before we actually can charge the credit card.

Improve Duo - Reduce Constant Disconnect and Unlinking
Our practice has (4) of the latest iPad Pros and (3) duos. They are constantly disconnecting/unpairing from the duo and/or unliking from the BLVD software. This is extremely frustrating. These iPads are dedicated to BLVD use and I've tried everything to keep them from doing this. I'm actually quite surprised there aren't more complaints. Please fix this! Before BLVD we had Square and their POS systems is leaps and bounds above BLVD. I can count on one hand how many times the system disconnected. Manually Push/Force Text Appointment Confirmations
We would like to see an option to manually push/force text appointment confirmations. We currently have text confirmations set to go out 2 days prior to the scheduled appointment. If clients do not confirm via text or email, the front desk will then call the client the day before to confirm their appointment.
With our previous scheduling system, our front desk staff was able to manually send out text confirmations each Saturday for appointments scheduled for Monday & Tuesday. With BLVD, the text confirmations for appointments scheduled on Monday go out Saturday evening and confirmations for appointments scheduled on Tuesday…

Recurring Blocked times
Recurring blocks should have how often they repeat noted on them. Also, the ability to create recurring blocks should allow for specific dates. Ex: a block is placed on the first Tuesday of the month. Instead of a block recurring every 4 weeks, there should be an option for the block to repeat on the first Tuesday of every month following.

Show Time Checked In And Time When Checked Out- Track How Long Services Are Taking
It would be helpful to have it log when the client checks in as arrived or in service to when they get checked out so as owners we can see on average how long each service is taking each one of our employees and we can adjust the service to match that.
