This is absolutely necessary for our business. Many services need a flat rate commission.

This would be amazing for payroll purposes within my business. Hoping after quite a few years we can see this change completed in 2025.

Echoing other comments below - specifically Savannah's. We utilize EMR's for working smarter, but having to run separate reports takes time that could be better used to work with our customers. This is a cost to us - time is money!

Having the option to report on flat rate commissions instead of percentage-based commissions would be a game-changer for our business. Many industries, including ours, rely on flat rate commissions to incentivize and reward employees fairly, regardless of service price fluctuations. The current % commission structure makes tracking and reporting more complex, especially when trying to ensure consistency and transparency across teams.
Adding this feature would simplify payroll processing, provide more accurate reporting, and align Boulevard's platform with the needs of businesses that prioritize flexibility in compensation models. It’s a feature that could benefit a wide range of clients and enhance Boulevard’s reputation as a comprehensive and adaptable system!

We pay out a flat fee for services that are prepaid and have a $0 price so a commission percentage isn’t valid.

Simplicity Laser, Strategic Prospect also requested this -- option for flat-fee commissions

a flat rate or pay by amount of dollar by service it's really important, when we pay by percentage and there's different prices for the same service creates a very difficult path to process payroll

We have services that are paid by client’s insurance so the service is set at zero. We cannot use the override commission percentage if the service isn’t to be paid by the client.

Ugghg using the spread sheets is so much more time-consuming. I really want real payroll.

This would save me so much time and also allow the employees to track their progress each week! I pay a set $ per service, in multiple tier levels, rather than a flat commission %

Same. We pay flat rates. Payroll reports are useless in their current state.

We pay flat rates per type of massage service, not commission percentages. Your commissions and payroll reports aren't usable for us. Payroll reports should show the number of services they have done.
