An error occurred while saving the comment Ashley Hardy commentedWe have services that are paid by client’s insurance so the service is set at zero. We cannot use the override commission percentage if the service isn’t to be paid by the client.
It would be great if the receipts were detailed. We have memberships and packages (which have to be made at products) and when the client checks out the receipt states that the service was zeroed out or discounted for the full amount. It should state that a package or membership was used. We are a Chiropractors office and a lot of clients need to send their receipts to their insurance company. Receipts that are "zeroed out" will not be covered.
