Waitlist Notifications
When a client specifies an appointment time, service, and service provider and are added to the waitlist, it would be helpful to have a notification of this availability to be able to immediately schedule via the waitlist.

This is a great idea and I think taking it further is important...service providers should be able to receive push notifications when someone goes on their waitlist.

I think it would be great for us to be alerted when an appointment cancels on the books, to have a little pop up window with the guests that are waiting for that day or time.

A feature to send a message to the clients that have joined the waitlist if the business is closed or if there is not a time slot for services.

It would be great that if a preferred time slot opens up on the waitlist, the client on the waitlist for that day and time would then receive a text notification that an appointment has opened up with a direct link to confirm or decline if they want the slot.

The Wait List button changes colors once someone is added to the waitlist, so that it calls attention.

When a client adds themselves to the waitlist, the requested stylist should have the ability to receive a text or email notification.
When a client adds themselves to the waitlist but requests "first available" all stylists that offer that service should have the possibility to be notified.

The app should notify us of a new client added to waitlist instead of having to log into the dashboard from a desktop to see if there is one. Sometimes the waitlist gets forgotten.

It could also be nice to have the wait list also pop up in the Front Desk View. So that if someone has joined the wait list for that day, there will be a column for them there. This would be visually easier and streamlined for front desk staff to see who wants to come in for that day.

* it would be much more time-efficient if we could put clients on the waitlist for multiple days, as opposed to making several individual waitlist appts. (bec we have to keep putting in the services and stylist requests each time)
* also - if there's a way clients can be blocked from putting themselves on the waitlist on days that their stylist doesn't work, that would be cash money -

It would be nice for a little pop up or some notification that there is an appointment available for someone on the wait list instead of having to check it every time someone cancels.

clients will add themselves to the waitlist on certain days where the stylist may not work or may not have availability whatsoever, and it kind of goes unnoticed by front desk and the stylist. i feel if the app notified that stylist when a client adds themselves to the waitlist for them, the stylist would then be made aware and it would be taken care of faster and more efficiently.
