    A log of every change to appointments and to tickets would be very beneficial including when an appt is deleted, a service is changed or deleted, a service is rescheduled to another provider...log should include time of change and who made change

    This is a great idea and I think taking it further is important...service providers should be able to receive push notifications when someone goes on their waitlist.

    We use different color dots to indicate different things. Often times, we need more than one dot indicator

  7. ONINE BOOKING ALERTS - when reading these it would be beneficial if as you open an appt, it automatically is marked as read.
