The ability to change the message that shows for clients when there are no times available to be booked for that day. For businesses that have multiple locations, it would be great to have as part of the message, that the clients can look for availability at another location. If one location is fully booked, the other location will automatically show first in the listed locations at the start of the booking process.

It would be helpful to have more visibility to see the email communications that are sent to the clients. To see if they were delivered, opened.

The ability to keep charts updated for each client visit and not need to complete a new chart with each visit. It would help to keep information in the same place.

The automated message with the cancellation window is confusing to clients. It states "free cancelation or modification" before the date of the appt. If we can change the words to Free Cancellation or Rescheduling of appt, this would make more sense when the clients see this. They may misunderstand its not for changing of their services, but only for when they can cancel or reschedule the appts.
