As a business owner, I'd like the ability to get an email notification every time someone books an appointment whether is was online or via my front desk staff! I don't care if it is 1000 emails a day - just give me the ability to get an email on books, cancelations and reschedules.

Staff needs to get text messages alerts on reschedules as they do on new bookings. It's causing massive confusion.

Practitioners NEED to be notified via text and email when a client reschedules - not just if they cancel.
If a client is rescheduled, the practitioner should get a notification that:
- The original appointment was canceled.
- The new appointment booking.Currently notices only go out when the original appt is booked or completely canceled.

This is so important hopefully it is fixed soon.

Is it possible to have notifications for reschedules (text) as we do for newly booked appointments and cancellations. Reschedules are just as important to track. Thank you

My evening was clear, so I left my office and went home. A couple hours later a client self-rescheduled their appointment scheduled for tomorrow evening to this evening. There is no text or email alert/notification for a client self-rescheduling so I never got the notice. They contacted me from outside my office door, but I was at home and unable to make it to work with them. I NEED to get these rescheduling notifications in real time so this kind of thing doesn't happen again. Please add notifications for rescheduling. THANKS!

We need to receive a rescheduling notification. I'm missing out on posting available times because I'm not notified via email, text, or push that a client has rescheduled.

When a client is rescheduled, the staff doing the service is not notified of this. I want an option for staff to get notifications when a client reschedules, whether it be on their own or by the front desk staff.

PLEASE also send an updated confirmation to the CLIENT when they self reschedule an appointment themselves through boulevard. We've have multiple clients self reschedule their appointments and forget and then blame us because they have no notifications of self-rescheduling their appointment even though we can see in the appointment history that it was self-rescheduled.

Be notified when a client reschedules. Also that record should be shown in the profile as well. This is a huge oversight and needs to be modified immediately.

Please please implement this. This is a huge flaw to not be notified

Just like how there is a list for cancellations there should be the same for clients that reschedule an appointment. The original appointment and the rescheduled appointment date should be shown. This helps me monitor what clients have a habit of not keeping their original scheduled appointment date and time/how many times an appointment was rescheduled.

Our staff works as appointment only. When a client reschedules they are not notified through Blvd. The person working the desk has to send a text to let them know. Sometimes we are so busy we forget and the staff member will come in for the appointment and it's been rescheduled.

Staff needs to receive a notification text/email when a client reschedules. When a client calls to reschedule, the staff doesn't get notified.

It is imperative that, as a business owner and administrator, that I know what is on my office schedule. The administrators need to be notified by email or text or both when changes occur to the office schedule no matter who the appointment is with, and no matter what change has occurred.

This is extremely critical for business owners and service providers to have. Lacking this feature us a huge setback for BLVD.
