Confirmation emails should be sent from Salon, not from Boulevard.
The confirmations to clients come from Boulevard (as the email sender), but the thank you emails come from the Salon (as the sender). All should be from the salon to be consistent and for clients to be able to search emails and easily find the information.

its supper confusing for clints - they ask who is blvd . and like me my hairdresser uses blvd

Ditto!! Communications need to go out from my spa's name , not my software company's name! And I need the ability to turn these emails off if desired!

We have clients complaining about this. The emails need to come from the business name, otherwise it causes confusion.

I strongly agree with Shawn's comment. Also if anything the "reply-to" should be routed to the salon email not a donotreply

ALL emails should appear to come from the business (at least in the name, not necessarily in the actual address field)
