An error occurred while saving the comment Dawn Pettit commentedWe miss gratuities all the time because the window only pops up for card payments, and not for zero balance or other payment types!

Hey folks! Exciting update: clients can now view their membership details in the client portal. By navigating to the new memberships page, they can view:
- Benefits of their membership
- Their next billing date
- The option to update their payment method on file
- Names of people they've shared their membership with (if applicable)
Check out the changelog to learn more about this update.
This launch does not include the ability for clients to pause or cancel memberships on their own, so I won't mark this idea as 100% complete just yet. Be sure to check out the Client Portal support article for a comprehensive outline of all that clients can do in the portal, and how to install it on your website so it's easy for them to find.
An error occurred while saving the comment Dawn Pettit commentedI don't want a client to be able to cancel their membership without talking to us first. Please make this an optional toggle, if you add it on! It is great for them to be able to view the details of their account credits, etc. I just don't want them being able to cancel without visiting with us first. Please, please, please make this an optional toggle!

An error occurred while saving the comment Dawn Pettit commentedI only want an automated email going out to a client when their card info/expiration date needs to be updated. I don't want them getting a monthly reminder of their membership billing. It makes it too easy to cancel. If you are going to add this feature, please make it an optional toggle that we can turn on or off as business owners!

An error occurred while saving the comment Dawn Pettit commentedThere are forms I need to be able to send to a client as needed, not as part of a scheduled appointment. Example: an updated client intake form. This shouldn't go out with every appointment, but I need to be able to add it periodically to update a client's information in my system. There are also other uses, and I just really need to be able to click to send a specific form to a client without it having to be attached to an appointment.
I am also switching from another platform, and my clients have already filled out intake forms. But now I have no record of their forms. There should always be an ability to upload forms to a client's profile as needed.

It is awkward to ask verbally for tips. And it's not fair to punish our service providers when a client chooses to use another form of payment besides a credit card. Please prompt a client to add a tip and complete every transaction via the Duo... not just credit card transactions. Valuable tip money is being lost because of this setup.
