Print Date and Time Stamps on All Forms and Charts

As a medical practice having the date and time a patient signs a form or a provider signs a chart is very important. Currently, each record shows a time stamp on the computer but this does not appear when it is printed. Having this printed would be very helpful for any medical legal issues. Thank you.

    By displaying the date of when a chart is started it makes it easier for our nurses to find and complete open charts.
