Ticket for only a tip
We have clients that have comped services or services that are provided by the studios and they want to add a tip to the ticket, but there's no way to just tip the service provider without making a second appointment or leaving the ticket open which can impact reporting. Need a way for a client to just leave a tip for the stylist without any other transaction

When a client has a credit in their account and the service is fully paid for with that credit, blvd doesnt prompt them to tip, it just closes the transaction. Just had a $205 service that didn't prompt for tip and the customer left :(

Very frustrating when they have a gift card for the service amount but want to tip on a card. We have to ask them for the tip before entering gift card as the payment. Flow would be much better if it allowed a prompt for tip with different payment methods.

We miss gratuities all the time because the window only pops up for card payments, and not for zero balance or other payment types!
