Right now, I have to figure out a way to get forms to clients when they sign up for a membership, and there's no decent automated workflow available for this. It is cumbersome. So instead of trying to automate it, I send the forms myself... but this is counterintuitive for someone that is actively purchasing a membership, spending the money, and then receiving a contract to sign later on - after they've already committed themselves. It needs to happen in order, in the same workflow process.

A new membership purchase might not be caught until later on in the day or the next day, or there may just simply be a delay in getting a contract out to a client because of how busy the day is.

This process is disordered, and it seems unprofessional when looking at it through the client's lens.

I require a 3-month minimum on my memberships before someone can cancel. If they don't have a contract in front of them before they purchase this, they won't know. It is detailed on my website FAQs, but this is not enough as a lot of people won't hunt this extensively before clicking on the membership link.

Please create a workflow for a client to be able to sign a contract before completing their membership purchase so they know the ins and outs of what they are signing up for in advance.
