These forms consist of pre- and post-treatment instructions! How can they follow their instructions when they are not available for them to see once they’ve completed the form?
If we are advertising BLVD as a medical platform in any way, there are so many improvements that need to happen to be able to call yourselves that. -

Allow clients to recall forms after they have filled them out. This allows them to view pre and post care instructions and other information they have agreed to.

The business wants/ need the clients to be able to see and access completed forms from within the client portal. As of right now, forms can only be submitted.

Clients need access to their pre and post care instructions so they can revisit it make sure they are following guidelines and for their safey. This was a major selling point for signing on with Blvd was that the forms would simplify things and we wouldn't need to print a ton of forms to hand out that it would be in their email.

We need to be able to provide clients with their information upon request including completed forms, so it makes sense to be able to do this right from Boulevard since that's where their forms live, instead of taking several steps to download and attach them to an email separately.

@blvd how is this waitlisted? If you are trying to increase your med spa clients this has to be critical. Just because it isn't voted on as a HOT topic does not mean it is not important. Use med spa owners make up a small portion of your clients, and I want that to change... taking this step will help that!

THIS IS CRITICAL!!!!! We send pre and post care info and clients need to be able to see it. I have to email them separately just to make sure they follow the instructions. From a medical legal standpoint this is huge, and them not having access to the care can lead to poor out comes. This must be fixed. They need to either have it in their email to easily reference or log in to see it under their chart.

This is critical for many of our medical clients. We submit instructions and they can’t view them after they sign them.

We send patient pre/post treatment instructions for review and signature as a form when they book an appointment. Please add the ability for patients to view these and other previously completed forms in their patient portal. Thank you.

We've had multiple clients reach out & want to see their forms they've filled out on there BLVD "profile". Right now clients can only book online on their portal. Most people want to see their membership agreement & other consent forms they've signed.

This is a great idea. This would allow patients to refer back to patient instruction forms.
