    Agreed! We have a lot of pre and post instructions that we give our patients and they need to be able to go back through and open them.

    YES! We just started with Boulevard, and coming from doing everything on paper, all of our patients have to fill everything out again. Without them having an appointment, they aren't able to fill out the forms and there are some people that we need forms filled out before they schedule an appointment. If we could tell all of our patients to go in and fill out their forms now, it would help in the future when they go to schedule an appointment, that way we have everything we need. We have had to create "fake" appointments for our beauty bank members just so they could sign the membership consent form.
