the time stamp for arrived until check out would be super helpful for our tracking to know if patients are being taken care of in a timely manner and how long the appointment took total

An error occurred while saving the comment Katie Swerland commentedi agree. i hate that the appointment is listed as cancelled and completely falls of the schedule. i would prefer it to still show up (maybe in red or greyed out) but then code it so it is double bookable once marked as a no show so another client can book during that time once the appt is no showed.
