Processing (prep) time set at beginning of appointment.
Be able to set processing time at the beginning of an appointment and not have the 5 minute time block at the beginning of appointments. This is ideal for treatments that require numbing before beginning. Even the 5 minutes stops treatments from being able to overlap smoothly and causes issues. We should be able to change the duration to 0 even if the treatment is not an add on! If you want to appeal to more medspa's this needs to change!

This will determine whether our business continues to use Boulevard.

This is a crucial part of our Med Spa. 30 Min of numbing needs to be at the beginning of the appointment so our service providers can still see other clients while the client numbs during processing time. If this software is being developed to fit the need of additional users, beyond hair stylists, this should be a top priority so Med Spas aren't double booking in the wrong direction or missing business opportunities.

Being able to add processing time to the beginning of the appointment for numbing would be helpful.

Option to have processing time added at the beginning of service or the end of service.

Allow processing time to be at the start of the appointment to give clients time to fill out forms, use the restroom, etc.

Hello,
We would love to be able to build in start up time to the beginning of our services which would be reserved for our staff to have a consultation with clients where they go over their paperwork as well as time for the client to change. We don't want our providers to rush this part of the process, so having the ability to pre-build this time specifically to add time to the start of the appointment would be ideal. This way when clients book online, the consultation time will already be pre-built in to the appointment time. This would be time where the provider and the client will be busy and the room will be in use and will show on the calendar as something like "set up time" or "consult & change" or something like that so staff can see that it is separate from the time the client is receiving the service.

Add a feature where clients are booked for 10-15 minutes before they are scheduled to see the service provider as intake time. As a piercing studio, this helps us go over jewelry and documentation prior to the piercer meeting with them for their service. We have tried to ask clients to come in a bit earlier, but that doesn't work. We are currently using processing time, but that has been really tricky for online booking. Basically it would be a processing time booked at the beginning of each client's session rather than in the middle.

A Check-in Buffer time before a service (that can be adjusted or made as an accommodation). Also using this feature as check-in time (would love to see exactly when they check-in, to see average wait times). They can relax in the lounge, use the restroom and destress before seeing their provider.
Similar to processing, transition or finishing time.
As a spa, even if we tell or text our clients to come 10 minutes before the service time — we will get late birds.
I.e) I have a couple of clients that run late. Instead of double booking and overlapping the schedule.
I would be able to book the time for them at 10am but set
Another example:
If we tell a new client to come and they need to fill out paperwork, their (hands on) appointment time really needs to start 15 mins later. But we need them at the check in time.Hope that makes sense!

I would like there to essentially be "processing time" on the front end of the appointment so patients can double book online while my patient is numbing.
